Hi everyone I'm becki been playing online since the covid lock down iv had a few wins and no problem with withdrawals but yesterday i won on play ojo and still now it's pending iv tried to speak with them but the bot is no help and no reply to my email iv checked everything all my documents and everything are upto date and can't see why they still havnt paid it into my account as anyone else had problems with play ojo as in the past withdrawals from them have gone in straight away with no problem
Seems to be a lot of threads about PlayOJO recently, I personally tried logging into my account but can't get past a black screen which forces me to verify a phone number which is 8 years old & no longer have access to this number, so due to this I can't even attempt to use the so called live chat feature or check the account.

The team who respond to emails are utterly useless and haven't got a clue what's going on, they don't answer questions correctly, they don't understand simple errors and neither have the expertise to resolve account issues. I'm just going around in circles so gave up.
