Collecting win

Hey folks. Thanks for the add to the group. I play slots alot. But I've never won 10k as I only ever bet 40 or 50 cents. Last night I was on ojo and won just under 10k. Took 10 hours but just kept winning so I didn't stop till it basically made ne abd the game was gone when I was finally able to reload ojo . They always pay me out pretty fast but it's been over 24hrs abd no email or notice yet. Is this normal for larger wins? I'm only waiting on 3800 and still have 5300 in my wallet.
