thank you for the warm greeting. When I try to open a ticket under the casino compliant services I receive a server error message each time..

Hmm, sorry about that. It might be because you've just registered. Not sure about that. My suggestion would be to post here once more -- that will give you a total of 3 posts which will unlock some of the forum features for you -- and try again. Meanwhile I'll look into other possible causes.
