Hello. Nice to be here. I've been trying a few online casinos over the past month and finally learned the specifics of all of these bonuses floating around. As well as the true nature of the many casino bonus forums and sites. This one appears to be independent, I'm hoping.

So, I had a decent run at mermaid palace. Which, in hindsight may have been too decent. Some of the answers or non answers I received from their customer support, while asking about withdrawal, have me worried. So I'm doing some research after the fact. Clearly I'll advised and, I will be more preventative in the future. But, any input on or contact with mermaid palace or their partners Atlantis gold and treasure jackpots?

Thanks
MBR

If you took a bonus, I suggest you go back and read all the T&C to see if you violated any terms. Infact, I suggest you go back and read all of their T & C especially related to withdraws and limits. They have one interesting term noted here:
All winnings that arise out of reversed withdrawals are non-withdrawable

So don't reverse and start playing again. Be patient till they pay you.

Thank you. I did not take a bonus but, I have reviewed the T & C as suggested.

That condition placed on reversed withdrawals is the most alarming thing I've seen. Besides, apparently, their claim of the right to shut down any account without reason or cause. I guess this is ultimately true of all the casinos, correct?

My withdrawal is still pending after 2 days. And, I've resent my documents. Just can't get any sort of acknowledgment or response...

(9) Redeeming promotions / bonuses consecutively is not allowed. You will need to make a minimum real-money deposit of $25 in the interim, and lost the entirety of this deposit including any winnings associated with it, for you to be eligible to redeem another promotions / bonuses.

ie, you win, screw you.

All winnings that arise out of reversed withdrawals are non-withdrawable

if you continue to play using your own real $ we get to keep it cuz we're bastards like that - oh, and still, screw you

I wouldn't play here if you gave me the funds to do it

I'm thinking...hoping....that that reversal term is there to keep people from using a ND with a max bet, hitting the max, withdrawing and reversing the withdrawal - sort of using the reversed withdrawal as a fresh deposit.

But it doesn't specifically say that, as a matter of fact it doesn't mention bonus play at all. Sooo...that term is WAY too open to interpretation to be comfortable - until it's clarified on the page that it only applies to bonus play or whatever, I'd definitely steer clear of that casino.

I think this verbiage is standard in one way or another.

Keep calling and e-mail them every few days. Be polite. save your e-mails and chats. Hopefully you will get paid. Then there are a whole bunch of accredited casinos listed here for you to play at in the future.

good luck

Hopefully you get you get your cash and once you do I would not go back to any of the casinos in this group.

After going through the terms on this casino and the others in the group I could write a whole page of them that are total BS and make no sense what so ever.

C. Country specific requirements

If you are from any of the following countries, you must wager an additional 5 times on any bonus. For example, you deposited $100 and claimed $100 bonus, you must therefore wager at least $5,000 (45 times general + 5 times).

(1) Sweden
(2) Finland
(3) Netherlands
(4) Norway
(5) Denmark

Furthermore, casino reserves the right to disqualify certain countries from promotions. Among the countries whose player are disqualified from promotions are Denmark.

Makes a whole lot of sense for players from Denmark.

Further more none of the casinos list a proper licensing number and when you click there so called licensing logo, responsible gaming logo and so forth it takes you to the damn affiliate program.
