Welcome to the forum Yasmeen, I was wondering why you never answered my email from Saturday that I had sent you back regarding your previous reply to me...:confused:

I would suggest in the future then that you simply add these seven short words to the promotional email...

"Previous Deposit Needed To Claim Free Bonus"

Also, on another note, when are you guys going to get a Rep over at Casinomeisters site ??

However, regarding the bonus offers - we don't list all the Terms & Conditions in our e-mails, these are listed on the website's promotion page and the wording (which is still up on the promotions page under promotion expired) you had suggested was similar to the one used on the website.

It says
" No deposit bonus offer valid ONLY for depositing customers "

Welcome to the forum! So glad to see you join us. I have been giving my 2 cents worth on another thread about how good a casino Jackpot Capital has been to me for a long time now and it actually is nice to know we now have someone from there to "talk" too if any issues (not that I have had any since joining) arise.

You are pretty much the only casino not listed here that I have continued to play at because of such good and timely withdrawals each and every time without any questions, stalls or problems whatsoever (except the documents of course :D).

Hopefully, you and the casino can keep up the good work and make the casinomeisters top of list!

Congratulation on making the accredited list, but those us who play there always knew that you were just as good or better than those who are already here:)
 
It is refreshing to see first the Rushpod Group and now Jackpot Capital being accredited. Well deserved and now competition will be keen for the better RTGs and hopefully nobody plays at the RTG rogues.

JC is a big threat to Inet as they are identical in many ways, quick payouts, cashable bonuses although the former has an edge with regard to customer service. Furthermore, if you are a regular player, they constantly offer you 100% match bonuses which are unavailable at the website and that's cool.

Keep it up JC.
 
Are you sure, in all of their emails I receive it says at the bottom...

LOL, probably. I wouldn't use my real name in an e-mail in this business either.
 
You mean Oliver Curran? Nah, he doesn't pay winners:D

He has and he did though (but selectively) over his colorful history if you go back and study his history over the past 10 years but if this "Name" is really a pseudonym name, I believe I would have chosen something besides the name "Oliver" as way too many peeps in this business are all too familiar with relating that "name" to the roguedom gutter of this industry.

My luck with RTGs has been a big fat zero but now I will give this one a try and hope for better luck. Probably will make a deposit tonight and give it a go.
Keep your fingers crossed - this for sure is the last chanse i will give RTG =)

I am both a player, and an affiliate, and your support is great for the player

but I have experienced very poor affiliate service, getting no response to my

emails, or if answered, it takes you guys days to get back to me.... I have

dealt with john, is he the affiliate manager?
