Hi Mimi. I was on Coral playing treasure island and won over £1,400 playing 40p a spin. they have no knowledge of the win though so are investigating but I have heard nothing today otehr than that. I also took a video to help authenticate. I know there's a forum section around here but am yet to find it lol. It's stressing me out though now.

Nice win and hope you get the cashout soon enough. Great you have the screenshot which shows the win and fact jackpot looks to have reset. Corals a great site and if it was a legit win you should get the winnings no problem. Might take a few days to sort tho as they will need to check out jackpot was won and why its not been credited to your account and that will take time as its not something customer service can do. Hopefully it will be sorted real soon tho.

Thanks for your query and apologies for the delay in getting this resolved. I've just checked your account and sent some additional details to our supplier which should allow this to be resolved by close of business today. As per my PM I've added a bonus to your Coral account to apologise for the delay. Unfortunately we have to wait for our supplier to verify Jackpot wins which can lead to unnecessary stress for the player but we will get this verified as soon as we can.

Hi Anthony, Thank you for the response. You are right, it is quite stressful having gotten the win, celebrated with the wife and kids and then to be told there is no record of it on the system. I'm clinging to bits of faith here seeing as your company have been the best experience so far of various companies I have been a customer of. Also, things like the fact that the jackpot did reset therefore it has to be registered on the system somewhere. We are eagerly waiting for the payout so I can fulfill my promise to give the kids some money. It was really good to read your company are accredited here and from the responses above I do feel positive. Scary, nonetheless. Cheers for the response Anthony. Much appreciated.

Thanks Anthony. The money was transferred via paypal into my bank just a few moments ago. You're a star as is this Casinomeister community. I applaud Coral for being so transparent and am very happy this has all been sorted out and to hear my case has caused an improvement is wonderful news saving others from stress.
