New Casino Rep Hello folks, just a heads up that Casumo is back on the Forum!

This is good news. The site has improved massively since a year or two back when it went to shit. Back to quick withdrawals, decent RTP and good service.

Good luck!

I also stopped playing at Casumo 1-2 years ago when it was going downhill... :(
Now i only get emails from you guys about joining Dunder (i think it was). :what:

Highest RTP now again?
Quick withdrawals?

Is it safe to play at Casumo again? I’ve read some absolute horror stories over there. In it’s day it was a great casino.
I’ve had no problems there in months. Some fairly decent size wins, paid to my bank account within a few hours. Can’t complain.

I tried to re-open my casumo account around a year ago to no avail, no one responded to my tickets, so I gave up.

Casumo was always my go-to casino though, never had any complaints. Stronger forum presence never hurts, either, so good luck on here.

Hello @4048 I'm sorry to hear that, if you want to give me more details, I can get in touch with our Ambassador team to have a look at this!

Hello @sapit222 Thanks for your feedback. Got in touch with our Ambassador team and withdrawals are sent out within a maximum of 72 hours - Regarding RTP - We have more than 3000 games on our UK site and the RTP varies from every slot, table, or live casino game. We have slots up to 98% and live casino and table games all the way up to 99+% RTP :)

Casumo Cares 😅😅😅😅😅
Only thing Casumo cares about is not getting a multi million pound fine from the UKGC.

It must be on the cards, doing things like this. Are we going to see then exit the UK market very soon perhaps?

Think I'll pass closed my account here few years ago there a disgrace to be honest wouldn't bother if I was you was a great casino many years ago not anymore.

I agree. I don’t actually think they can help being a bad casino now though. A lot of the issues that caused are down to the UKGC.

I had my account closed there despite jumping through hoops to complete SoW and being slightly in profit over 5 years. No reason given, just closed it and said the decision is final and irreversible.

Can only assume they have been losing trade, if they decide to return to a battleground that hasn’t been that complimentary towards them in recent history.

A lot of casinos are going to lose UK trade if they maintain an aggressive stance with regards to SOW. I've said it before and I'll say it again, if a casino is not willing to find a satisfactory middle ground between meeting their license obligations and maintaining a customer friendly approach, they may aswell not bother with the UK market.

BEWARE!!!

One of my close friends has been trying to get his account at Casumo sorted/verified. He has provided all the requested information and they sent him this today. WOW. JESUS.

That reads as though they've requested documents for one reason (AML) then taken the liberty to use the same documents to judge their affordability.

Totally agree. I can see lots more casinos closing their UK operation.

Went to reopen my account and they requested everything they'd need for SOW. Sorry but it's just too much effort to provide this when I haven't deposited in about 4 years

Same problem here, moved on from this clown show after those requests. I heard they dropped all the RTPs anyway.

At least they don't pretend that only a handful of senior staff have access to your most private financial documents. No, you have to send them to the standard email address hey@casumo

It can’t be ignored.

If an operator receives a bank statement for whatever reason (proof of address, AML, RG) we can’t just turn a blind eye to anything that looks a risk. “Hey Mark here’s my bank statement showing my address of 1 High Street” yet the account is overdrawn and there are markers of harm etc. Everything needs to be taken into consideration.

I know there’s going to be the age old debate of “GDPR” and can and can’t be used, but the reality is that the GC are (correctly) expecting operators to use whatever information we have visibility of to help protect a consumer.

@Mark_Lottomart I watched a debate on Sky racing on Sunday were one of the MP's on the committee looking at changes to the Gambling Act stated that casino's view anyone spending more than £75 a month as a high roller, surely that statement cant be right?
Its looking like there will be a monthly deposit limit of £100 put in place unless customers are willing to go through SOW/SOF checks, but they seemed to think that this may be an automatic process, i.e. soft checks on credit/abnking.
