Hello Casino made it through their BBF pretty much unscathed. Newly Accredited with Ryan at the helm here - you can read the review here: Hello Casino Review.

You can sign up directly here Hello Casino.

8.5 points via our rating system. It would be higher if the casino didn't have withdrawal limits for non-UK players. UK players have no weekly payout limits.

Congrats to all!

Just reading the review and to thos who play there is this standard or do they actually pay quicker ?

"All withdrawal requests will be pending for 24 to 48 hours, after which you can expect your winnings to reach your account safely within a few hours or days"

I believe that's for first time payouts. It's generally not so quick the first time 'round.

White Hat Gaming so is reliable, one of the several WHG casinos (like Gday, Slotnite etc.) under the Superfly group of them. You will probably win there as it seems their players have exceptional luck judging by my affiliate stats lol.....thousands in deposits per month, a lot of turnover and a few new players yet MINUS revenue 9 months out of 10!! So it seems that's where the lucky people play!

Does anyone know what the RTPs are like?

Mostly good. Not sure if it's by accident or design but they have some Red Tiger games that are listed as the daily jackpot versions but they're not so they have a higher RTP. eg Well of Wilds Megaways is 94.76% on Hello Casino v 92.2% on sites that have it as part of their daily jackpots. I was playing the game on Hello and saw a feature I'd never seen before on the 92% versions. Quite shocked me!

Yep. I signed up with £50 when it was announced on this forum and was into four figures in just a few days. I kept winning big on their Slingo games. The stats I posted in the Bonanza thread - the majority of them were spun at Hello.

I thought I would give this casino another try. Ryan, problems have not been fixed yet. 9/10 games that I clicked on would not work for my country. Funny thing is, I can play them at other casinos. No Limit seems to be completely off limit and lots of other providers do not have select games available to me. This is extremely frustrating and a real time waster. Can you please get this fixed? Either do not give me the visability or let me play the games. Please and thank you.

What ???????

Due to new regulations in Canada we are not allowed to accept game play from a device using VPN or another location altering software. In order to proceed please turn this off.

If you require any assistance please contact us on live chat by clicking here.

OK this has now been resolved. Not sure what happened. However, clicking on unplayable games is still an issue.

I haven't been back at Hello Casino since my post as I figured nothing has changed yet. Shame that it is true! I'd love to play here again when the visible and playable games are fixed. :/

Has anyone made a withdrawal here recently? I know the withdrawal times are up to 48 hours but it’s passed that now for mine and still in review stages. According to chat it goes from pending to review, even though mines has been review for 48 hours but can’t give a time frame for how much longer it will take

Have had a few withdrawals from Hello Casino, and most were within 24 hours.

RTPs used to be maximum across the board, but then they dropped to mid-range (94%ish).

Overall, a good experience from Hello Casino for me, as well as their sister sites. It's only the RTP drop that stopped me from being a regular.

Unfortunately, their live chat is as useful as a chocolate teapot. Like 99% of all live chat agents, they are untrained and, as a result, unable to be that effective in solving player issues and requests. I have a hunch that many of these live chat facilities are outsourced third-party outfits, which never works as well as home-grown staff.

Just been advised can be another 48+ hours for review, this is ridiculous and not my first withdrawal and not a huge amount either absolutely no need for this time frame these days

I think that rep is setting next to me now, learning how to run casino operations. Yes, indeed, he is learning from one of the best in the industry :)

Wonder just how magical Jan is .....

I don't have any pending withdrawals anywhere right at this moment, however if a touch of magic could make anyone, anywhere make a couple of hundred ££££'s appear in my Skrill, I would be most grateful.

Hell I may even stop moaning and actually smile...

Maybe..... :p

Edit: Just in case to cover all bases, this is a JOKE and not a begging letter. I know there are one or two forum members who may not be on the same page as me and the majority.

Well, they randomly decided to impose a self-exclusion of 5 years "due to concerns".
I got randomly flagged to input my occupation (full time employed btw) and then it would be sent to for review.

Email 30 min later, saying that they are concerned and have now put a 5 year block across their network, which I assume is across the entire network of White Hate Gaming LtD.
They havent even asked for more documents or payslips which would have shown them I could definitely afford whatever low limit they had set.

Oh well.. First time using them, and seems to be the last? Very strange.

Bejeezus, that seems extreme. A 5 year block?!

I would assume you could go back and request a review, especially as the average time in a job nowadays seems to be 1.5 years. It must be an excluded occupation, surely, to qualify for an immediate five year ban without looking at statements.

I dont agree with you lol, if you win a lot in WHG they banned you for 5 years even if you are costumer for over 4 years, they pay after 3 day, L&L I am up not banned me and they pay after 20 mins 😂

I've had my job for 10 years so, safe to say it's a safe job!

As it's getting harder and harder playing in the UK, I even went out to check Ladbrokes out, they had the £500 standard limit, but after a selv questionarie, they set my limit to £10k a year loss limit!
