Found an email in my inbox yesterday, stating Hello Casino, which so far was pretty impressive for me, in terms of bonuses, withdrawal ease and speed, and good support, has upgraded, and now includes Betsoft and Leander games. That last provider includes at least Quickspin now, as i saw Supernova and Beowulf in there too: this is probably due to all the recent content deals/take-overs, so who knows what games will follow:)

Besides that, i believe all depositing players will find a free tenner in their accounts, at least i did.
Now going to check how the games are running, and also if i am facing a max cash out and such, just wanted to share the news, as i have a feeling these guys will be around for long:)

Be back later to update..

Edit:

Lost it quickly because i used it on Dolly Parton, which was 40 p. a spin, and not in a good mood, although i did like it, and will be retrying later...
But i asked chat and apparantly the wagering was 25xB, and the max cash out... 12.500 per week :p

So basically no max cash out.
Hope one of you fellow members is more lucky.
Games were running smooth, so, good to go!

Haha I got from hello a 10 Euro No deposit bonus and I actually also played Dolly Parton which seemed to me a great option to win something big but nothing happend :(

You beat me to it incrediblestuff :)

£10 in account :), Yes they have now got a U.K license, I remember the fiasco with vegas berry and fenix and not paying out, The rep did come to the rescue and state all they do is run of the same network, I am going to follow up on this thread and give you the circle I went round in trying to figure out how on earth are any of theses connected, I tell you now its a complex thing,

But there still powered by netagame, Running of whitehatgaiming license which I will list casino's so make sure you not self excluded as you netthier no if they use this tactic when self excluded from one,

Any way I have always said hello casino seemed to be good, Live help is good, Always been paid, I just had a funny feeling due to the sister sites, Please be advised to stay clear of the other 4 sites in there group,

Just had a look at hello casino, seems a good choice of games also noticed the casinomeister slot in there as well :)

spoke to cs which seems fast to respond and asked them about wdw limits on jackpot payouts

was told that a 12.5k wdw limit is in place but on big wins the player would have to email customer support to request a lager wdw

what do you think about this casino?

I been playing there for a while, I personaly think its good, I did have my suspicions when a few of the sites running from the same platform went sour and no pays to players or took some time,

I belive they are pretty solid now, I do not think they have any jackpots? Most are netent games, and a few others which is good as keeps you away from MG :)

Well obviously i am geared very positively towards them, or i wouldn't have posted this ^^
All my experiences have been good so far, and i actually was hoping for similar feedback, as i am contemplating putting them on my site, but it's a wee bit early for that.

So far the withdrawal speed and ease was top notch, the promo's were very generous: No deposit welcome bonus (at the time) no wagering FS, low wagering (compared to most multi platform competitors), a few free spins promo's were at higher coinsizes and coins, games ran smooth, the rep was more then helpful, support knew what they were doing, friendly ansd quick too,

And now they have more games: i did send a mail to Daniel, assuming he is still the active rep here, that there were a few things missing, like the handy search feature, that was there before, with the option to select by provider, and the logout button is now "hidden" under the "my account" button..So it would be good to see that back as before..

Like i said, their approach seems genuine, and player friendly, so really hoping the rest of the feedback from fellow members is going to be good, if not great..

This feedback does seem to contradict the number of complaints there have been about Hello/Fenix and other linked sites on here and elsewhere.

Maybe they have turned over a new leaf, but I'd be very wary.

Please tell me about these reports in regards to Helllo?
I was aware of Fenix, and other sites, but, they are not linked, this was already adressed here on CM, someone had linked them together, but unjustly, and the operations are/were independant from eachother..

As far as i know, there were zero issues with Hello Casino...But please feel free to correct me if you have info that says otherwise.

The site looks decent - has Australian friendly options (playing in AUD, withdrawal via Australian Bank Transfer). 48 hr pending period though seems a bit much for a flash based casino should be maximum 24 hours in my opinion.

Their welcome bonus looks quite good if its x25 your deposit only but that I'm not sure because its listed as 'Welcome Bonus must be wagered x25 on (video) slots.' ... x25 deposit or x25 deposit + bonus? Either way site runs nicely, I deposited $10 used their welcome bonus (forgot to check whether it was x25 or x50) and proceeded to lose it all on Psycho and Dolly Parton about as quick as I'd expected.

Selection of slots look decent too but I wish they had more options to search for slots (individual slot search, group slots by providers/types, pin favourite slots, hot and cold slots etc) and definitely needs to be added in my opinion because scrolling on the index links will be tiresome if you want to jump slots alot.

I have no idea about their background as I just joined so not sure of the trustworthiness but I like the site because it has Australian friendly options as I said so I will give them another low-rolling go in the future unless I hear something on Casinomeister that will put me off coming back.

i was under the same impression, as far as the changes go, i'm unsure just how big of a change has occurred and i've posed the question to the new affiliate rep today,

as far as what is definite, they have a totally new affiliate back end on a new domain this uses the same back end as cyberclub and several other casinos i work with (egass) nothing unusual there, the website has been updated with lots of new material (personally not keen on the cheesy generic casino shots), they have a much bigger selection of slots and of course the uk licence (which is shared by a number of other casinos under the White Hat Gaming license)

The notice for all these changes came very very late at the end of the last month which i wasn't that pleased with having to update links etc, i'm not sure whether they may have also changed hands to a different owner also? anyway i've asked that question quite bluntly i hope to the rep :)

I played at Hello casino earlier and had a good experience there. Had few deposits with free spins offer on deposit which had to be claimed through live chat and everything went fine.
Got, as depositing player, a offer of free 10€ 1-2 days ago and played with it yesterday, managed to make a playthrough with 40 left and after playing for a bit asked for withdrawal of 30€.
Most of the time games were running smoothly but had been disconnected from time to time with error message " We can't reach your account at the moment", but everything else was fine.
My previous withdrawal (before upgrading) was processed within 15 hours and I'll reply in this thread with update on processing time of my pending withdrawal.

Hi, If you have a good read you will see theres not many / If any complaints about hello, The reason hello's name was bought into most threads is due to the no pay / slow pay from site's running from the same platform, E;G fenix vegas berry, The rep has confirmed that they have nothing to do with them, Albeit there may be a new rep now,

I personally have had deposits and withdraws from this site without 1 bit of trouble, Live help is always at hand, I had my suspicions before, But I can truly say that there ok,

As for putting them on your sites, incrediblestuff & Wildreels than I think they are safe,

There was a couple of things I came across when doing some research but I think that bounces back to he other sites from MYEG B.V

I hit bonus on Psycho at £2.50 a spin with my free tenner. Took my balance upto £350 - shame their max cashout is £150 on the free chip.

ok, a small update, I have received a payment from Hello casino, so my withdrawal is processed within 27 hours.

Deposited another $15 last night, gave Dolly Parton another go and managed to get to $70 off 2 back to back bonus rounds!

The base game has long periods of silence (never got to see the wild butterfly or whatever you call it on reel 4 & 5) and rather low payouts but if you can land the bonus games wow its quite good. Spin the wheel can go on for quite a long time if your lucky and your guaranteed to get either free spin (which didn't do much for me but obviously has huge potential with the sticky wilds) or pick a suitcase (this feature paid me out quite good. Managed to choose suitcases 4-5 times in a row and the money keeps doubling up - won about $50 just off this) or both.

Anyway requested my first withdrawal via bank transfer, got an e-mail promptly after withdrawing to submit ID verification docs - done that right away using my stored documents and now will just wait and see how long and how much I lose of that $50 due to bank transfer fees.

HI GUYS

I won off the free £10 too. I have withdrawn my winnings on 1 am on Thursday. their is a 48 hours pending period that cuts off on Friday morning. So basically I wont receive a penny until Tuesday.
Live help are good but they take an age "10 mins" to reply to one sentence off me! I asked if they would need id, still didn't get a reply to that question, so I just logged out.

I have not received any automated e mail about docs when I withdrew. So no idea if I need to send them, and if I do, where to? I have made a few deposits but this is the first withdrawl I have made.

Thats strange I'll detail my experience. I requested my first withdrawal last week and straight away got an e-mail from support@hellocasino.com

Dear psychogene

I have a withdrawal request from you for 50 AUD, as part of our licensing regulations we require some ID to verify your age and address. Could you please email me copies of the following documents?

1) Either a copy of your passport or both parts of your driver's license.
2) A copy of a recent utility bill with your name and address on or another document with proof of your address.
3) A copy of card being used (if applicable).

Please ensure that in all correspondence you state your username; failing to do this can cause delays in the processing of your funds.

As soon as we have received and validated your documents, your withdrawal will be processed.

I look forward to hearing from you and congratulations on your win at Hello Casino.

Kind Regards.

- So I sent all my ID in one e-mail and got an automated 'e-mail fail' response. I had this issue before when I attached files to big or more than one file per e-mail so I sent seperate e-mails to attach my ID. Did not get the 'e-mail fail' response so I assumed it was ok.

- Received a second e-mail not sure how long later coz I went to sleep saying 'A request for support has been created and assigned ticket #..... A representative will follow-up with you as soon as possible.' Checked the link and it said the ticket had closed. Was thinking that was weird maybe they did not receive my ID's but I let it be

- Logged in on Friday and checked the status of the withdrawal and it said it had been accepted

Received an E-mail Friday night from accounts@hellocasino.com

In order to process your withdrawal we will require one of the following:

1. Your Neteller acount ID.
2. Your Skrill account email
3. Your full Australina bank details:

Account holder name
Bank name
Account number
BSB
BIC/Swift

All the best,

- was thinking that was weird it already had withdrawal accepted on the hello casino page when I logged in. So I sent a reply back with my bank info to accounts@hellocasino.com and it got rejected ('automated e-mail response fail')

So what i"m going to do is nothing and wait till next week and see if my tiny $50 withdrawal went through to my bank because I am just going to assume that it was all OK and all these e-mails I got from them was automated. Can't be bothered dealing with CS until I think more than adequate time has passed. Its not streamlined and 100% smooth like other places but hopefully my ID's went through and all withdrawal details are ok.

Will let you know how it goes!

Update on my first withdrawal of $50 here :-

Well it didn't exactly go as smoothly as I hoped but today the withdrawal of the small amount of $50 came through.

This only happened after I waited till last friday and I still did not see it come through to my bank so I enquired via e-mail and they said that it was approved and the money was sent on the 03/06/2015.

"Your withdrawal has been accepted already on 03.06.2015 and the funds has been already transferred. Usually it takes about 2-5 working days to reach your bank account. If you claim that you haven't received the withdrawal yet, Please send us the copy of your latest bank statement to help@gamingcustomersupport.com"

So I sent them screenshots of my bank transactions and my latest bank statement and they asked my for bank account details again (for the second time) and today I just received the small amount of $50 complete (no bank fees attached). No idea why they said the funds had been transferred and it had never arrived in my bank account. I did not contact my bank about this because well I honestly don't want to talk to them about anything related to gambling lol.

Took awhile and I had to correspond via e-mail to find out what was going on but it worked out in the end. First time ever I have had to chase up a withdrawal so hopefully it was just an error on their part but regardless they fixed it up for me so no big issue there. $50 is not a huge sum by any means but its always better to get paid :p

Hey a question for anyone that plays here (or a rep) :-

Hello Casino had a 30% cashback promotion on Thursday 25th June 00:00 - Friday 26th June 23:59:59 for all deposits which is in my opinion one of the best promotions I've seen. If you read the terms its :-

"The cash back bonus is applied to any negative result during the promotion period based on your account balance movement (opening cash balance deposits - closing cash balance - pending and accepted cashouts).
The promotional period and the cashback percentage can be viewed on our promotion page
Your cash back bonus will automatically be credited to your Hello Casino player account on following day, i.e Friday & Saturday
You will be notified by email.
The max cash back bonus amount is $400 and the minimum is $1.
The cash back bonus wagering requirement is 25 times on slots."

So I made a deposit of $15 busted than another $15 and busted and the next day I received $9 bonus balance in my account which I cleared the WR (x25 only!) and withdrew $80 :p There are some games that don't count though like DOA, Blood Suckers but to me thats not a big deal.

Anyway my question to anyone who plays here - is this cashback promotion still running even outside of Thursday 25th June - Friday 26th June? I ask because I deposited $10 on Sunday for a quick small session and busted out - did not check my account again until just a few minutes ago when I was going to play a small $10 and I notice I have $3 bonus balance in my account (30% cashback ?). Or is this just a mistake and an error on their part?

I'm gonna go ahead and bust out on the $3 but I would like to know if the cashback is still being applied outside of the promotional period thanks!

I said b4 that I thought hello was alight,

I was not aware any games restrictions? Nether the less its not exactly a cash back if it goes on to bonus and there is games restricted, It should be called bonus money back, Having a cash back for it to go onto bonus is misleading and should be the next thing to be getting rid of,

My timezone is ahead of Europe but even then I played Sunday night which would have been morning in Europe so I was definitely past the promotional time. I'm not complaining one bit about this I just wanted to know if others got the same thing because I would deposit more for sure :p

There are game restrictions with the cashback its listed in the promotional page :-

"The following slot games are excluded do not count towards fulfilling the wagering requirements: *Blood Suckers, Dead or Alive, Devils Delight, Kings of Chicago, Beetle Frenzy, Gold Rush, Jackpot 6000, Lucky 8 Line, Magic Love, Mega Joker, Pirate's Gold, Safari Madness & Super Nudge 6000, Big Bad Wolf
Withdrawals will be permitted whilst an account has an active bonus balance, however, the bonus will be forfeited on cashout."

Doesn't bother me I don't play any of them regularly anymore.

Spintee your right that its not entirely a cashback and a bonus cashback - though I think just listing it as cashback is simplier for most to understand. I doubt there is any place that will have a deposit cashback that is wager free it would almost not make sense - "Deposit $10 and receive $3 back the next day WAGER FREE if you lose the whole $10. Cashback value up to $400". I don't see how that would really work in their favor and it would definitely be abused somehow.

Deposit cashback with low WR is fine by me - insurance the next day for a losing session. x25 wagering requirement is about as good as it gets too!

I can put it this way too - I played at 32red last 2 weeks ALOT (everyday for more than 1 hr a day) and definitely overall have lost more than $200 and I got cashback from the leaderboard for $2.80 or so. That comes with x30 WR. Didn't clear it sadly.
I deposit $30 at Hello Casino during their cashback promotional period and lost it. Next day received $9 cashback with x25 WR. Cleared it and withdrew $80.

Its quite a good offer for low and medium rollers when it comes around and I will definitely be watching their promotions to take it up again!

All those casinos have the same licenses cause the use White Hat Gaming services - xxxhttp://www.whitehatgaming.com/clients/

White Hat, as it sounds, is a solution to set up white hat casino brands. Many of these casinos are owned by different people and companies, but they use Whitehat front and back office, license, processing solutions and even support.

The important part is not to check all brands that use WhiteHat, but specific companies. For example, if you wish to play at Gday casino, then you can check related sites managed by Fullcream, such as 21prive and Mainstage bingo. Huge Slots and Gold Spins are another group. And so on...

Regarding Hello casino - i only checked briefly but can't say if it's closely connected to another casino, besides the WH solution of course.
