Hello Have you ever played at this casino? I lost a lot of money on the same game (BetSoft) for weeks, and unfortunately, I realized too late that the RTP wasn't being respected... Each bonus gave me a paltry amount. I'm now wondering if this isn't just a scam...
Customer service tells me they're going to investigate my case... I don't believe it for a second. Either Betsoft games are a scam or the casino is a scam.

Hi, I have changed the title so that it is more seo friendly and will hopefully get picked up by the search engine bots more easily.

As for this specific casino, I personally have not have heard of it and am geo blocked from the UK, where I reside.

Alas Betsoft are a provider only too happy to sell their games to rogue casinos, they also got caught fiddling progressive jackpots once.

I am not saying your particular game was dodgy, but their presence at a casino can on occasion be a bad sign.

I would leave the site and never go back from the sound of it.

After waiting for 3 days, the technical department informed me by e-mail that there was no problem with my game .
So I wanted to try with the provider Playson and I also have the same problem there is no Rtp.
I lost over €1600 on the same game. So I contacted customer service and they told me that they were going to investigate again. I had to deal with 5 different people just to get this answer.
Do you know if we can lodge a complaint with the Anjouan commission? Or via this forum?

Getting confused here, I take it this is a separate issue to the Betsoft one in the OP?

As for the Anjouan Gaming lot, you may as well ask your pet cat to help you, they are just people who take fees from casinos and provide no gambling infrastructure.

If this is recurring theme in your gambling, do you play until you bust all the while? Because any software/games will ensure this happens and it's has little to do with RTP.

I don't play to the point of bankruptcy. I still think that a minimum of RTP should come back to me and having thousands of empty spins seems suspicious. Exactly the same problem with the provider Betsoft

I've been playing in casinos for 15 years. And honestly, I've never seen a scam like this.
