I've decided to stop lurking and get active. I was checking out the information about 3Dice and wanted to make sure I understand. The reverse time is how long the balance stays there before it processed for withdrawal, then what is cashout time and how does the average payout time factor in. Yes I'm a newbie.

I didn't even know 3Dice have a "reverse period"!
I'm in the UK though - so I know it's different for me; when I cash-out it's in my bank account (Neteller) almost instantly.
Hopefully some American 3Dicers will be along soon to give some accurate info for you.

Just for clarity - we don't have a reverse period. We do allow reversing until the withdraw is processed - which depends greatly on the method chosen. (anywhere between instant and once a day). So there's no period where nothing gets processed waiting for the player to reverse (which is what is typically meant with 'reverse period') - but while you wait for processing - you are allowed to reverse. (you have the option to turn that off - wont increase processing speed - but will stop you from reversing as soon as you submit it).

Along with Enzo's information above I can tell you once everything is done on their end if you are getting your payment mailed to you you will get it in about 3 days, in my experience.
