It was excellent Spam David!!!

Here's what we had for dinner :lick:

1 smoked SPAM Hock
5 cups jellied pumpkin mousse
10 hors d'oeuvres
1 box Pepperidge Farm Bayberry / Mistletoe Stuffing
1 partridge in a pear tree
18 peel-and-stick cloves of amalgam

Scoop out inside of SPAM Hock. Spread pumpkin mousse evenly over the hock, baking dish, all cooking utensils, oven mitts, and annoying relatives asking personal questions.

Combine stuffing and partridge in tree.
Spray Super Glue inside cavity of hock and QUICKLY insert the stuffing mass. Saw off protruding tree limbs.
Affix peel-and-stick cloves in a decorative fashion on the outside of the hock. Once you've got them just where you want them, secure with a soldering iron.

Bake in a large hole in the ground filled with coals for 2 days. Place roast on serving platter attach hors d'oeuvres to each tree limb and VOILA!! A memorable family holiday feast.
