Hi all,
I have been playing at a N1 interactive casino called slothunter. Can anybody explain to me why this keeps happening? I had a balance of 550 and eventually lost all and collected only about 600 symbols but you need 2000 for the feauture. Buying this feature will now cost me 136.10 euro on 1 euro bet but I cant buy it. I always get this error: you’ve reached your spending limit 544. Support cant help me yet.

after I lost my balance i made a deposit of 140 euro only to buy this feauture. I couldn’t so played black jack. Now with no balance left I still get the same error when trying to buy a bonus round.

I would assume it's because you don't have a balance currently, hence why you can't? In the screen shots it seems your balance is 0.

Hi thank you for your reply. Like I said earlier I made a raw 140 EUR deposit to play this game and got the same error (didn’t make screenshot). I couldn’t buy the feature and got the same error so I went ahead and played blackjack’ doubled my money and made a withdrawal hence my balance now is 0.

However I spend a lot of time and lost a lot of money on this slot yesterday and this morning with a balance of 550 EUR. As you can see I kept my progress so the bonus buy feauture will now cost me only 136.10 EUR instead of 200 EUR. This is the reason I went back to see what message I would get with a balance of 0 and to my surprise I get the same error message as when having a sufficient enough balance to buy the feature.

So to sum it up. This morning when I lost my big balance I saw that I could buy the bonus feature for 136.10. So I made a 140 EUR deposit only to play this game buying the feature however I got the same error message as posted here above. So I moved on played bj and made a withdrawal. But now I really want to know why I can’t buy this feature?

Hmm... Do you have a limit set on the main casino account on how much you can wager/spend on slots? If so maybe buying the feature would exceeded the limit? Would have thought it would apply to table games too though so maybe not.

Do you have bet limits activated? Like max EUR10 as that would then kick in when you want to buy a feature.

Strange error. It uses the weighted average bet to calculate the cost to buy the missing keys. But I am none the wiser when looking at your screenshots.

I checked the technical data sheet and couldn't find an error 544, could be just the general "too low balance" error. Do you remember if you had a different error code when you had sufficient balance?

Im so mad!! I found out max bet on slots with this casino is 50 euro so you can’t buy feature on 1 euro stake. I could only buy at 30 cents and i won 340 euro out of free spins. Imagine if on 1 euro!!

Nitpicking but: buying the bonus costs you EUR 200 at EUR 1 stake. Buying the remaining keys costs EUR 136,10
