Heads up: Black Diamond deposits appear as "Thebes"

One of our own, maphesto, sent in the following screenshot to show that Black Diamond, and presumably it's sister casino Box24, are routing deposits through Thebes Casino.

If this is an unpleasant surprise to you you might want to carefully consider your options.

Worse yet, when maphesto contacted CustServ to find out wtf was up he saw told "it's just a software glitch."

A glitch? My God...some of these places sincerely think we are dummies from the word go. A glitch? :laugh:

The new thing here is that Black Diamond, until now, has acted in a perfect manner with less than 24 hour withdrawals.
They they have not used some of the other Top Game attributes such as same webpage server and support staff.
 
We have our own in-house support and we do our own processing. I think this is what you mean by association to Bonne Chance and we do not have an association.

So you are associated with Bonne Chance:lolup: kinda like First Gaming Partners and Vanguard with Mr.Forman for example.
 
Thanks for replying and my final question. Is Box 24 strictly a licensee and in no way whatsoever operates under the Rival white label business model??

Guys I would just like to clear this issue up due to the recent MC issue https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/mastercard-visa-huge-seizure.36090/ we had to implement additional processsors fast, the descriptor tag / phone number are visual errors and we are getting this changed. We are indepentantly owned and operated by Thoughtlinks ltd and have no association with any other TopGame casinos.

I hope you are right!

Your webpage, www.affiliatewide.com , is located at same server(at least the same IP) as Top Game and their software.

It doesnt breath seriousity when you have chosen to have the casinos webpage at other servers.

So, until your recent post, we saw less that pointed at your cooperation with Top Game.

These things do not indicate that you have association with any other TopGame casino but it shows us that your connection with Top Game is a bit bigger than what we knew. :rolleyes:

If you want to be known as serious you have to fix these things:

1. The software glitch showing that Thebes casino(with another phone :eek: ) gets money player deposit at YOUR casino..

2. The missing jackpots, there is no way that the player that won the jackpot in oct even exist! Players at your casino added money to that "lost" jackpot.

3. Shared jackpots, as far as we know you share jackpot with other Top Game Casinos including Gambling Lord Casino (strange, Top Game claimed in dec that they do no longer have business with them still they worked last week)

4. Get your own affiliate webpage, do not use the one Top Game owns and have provided.

I occasionally played on Black Diamond for something different, and I shy away from Top Game except BD because BD actually lived up to their claim to do 24 hour cashouts, and I had experience with that, as well.

Last week, I actually was able to make a decent win, and hit cashout; three days later, it still was processing, so I contacted support. I was told that the reference to 24 hours referred to the time it take to hit 'withdraw' to the time it gets sent to accounting.

Suffice it to say I won't be playing there any longer.

The Black Diamond rep here responded promptly to my issue (aired above), and resolved it literally within hours. With that reassurance that miscommunications between CS and players will not just be let go, I have to take back my prior comment - and since I like the slots at Top Game, I'm going to go forward cautiously, and take the rep's word that they are not part of the other groups. And since this is really the first letdown I've had with them, I probably should have contacted him via PM first, before griping. ;) :)
