Have questions about novomatic slots, are they really random? How do you play them?

Hi all:

Just start playing novomatic slots, I enjoy every one of them. High variance and great bonus. Still I am testing water, so my max bet is $2.

I have a feeling these slots are a bit less random, maybe I played too much from other slots providers so I am still not getting used to novoline.

How should I play them? each session, throw all my bankroll (250x my bet) on single slots, or switch immediately after getting a feature.

I saw people get 10 or more re-triggers but my best is 6 after 1 month playing (55 deposits, my current RTP is 96+%). Any tricks? thanks for sharing.

Novomatic slots like book of ra are ultra high variance, sometimes they dont give feature for 1000 spins. But they can pay very good but if you are unlucky you can play hundreds of spins and finally get the feature and it pays 3 times 3 of a kind of the selected extra scatter or something and you end up with big - .

Yes, lucky ladys charm deluxe is great, I got a feature last month with 6 retriggers.

The only one I played was Book of Ra, landbased, on holidays. Sat there with a small beer, loaded €100 into the machine,
set to min bet (I think it was 30c) and enjoyed the wonderful 10 minute playtime

On the way out swore to never touch it again.

far as I know it concerns only the book symbol ... all others are fixed on the reels

you can see it ...look for the book on first reel ...and you see on every spin book symbol on another position


dammit i forgot to say the book of ra slotmachine in land based Casinos....

I play these longer then any other slot brand online and also used to play them in landbased casinos in Germany.
When they pay they pay massive.
But beware,Novomatic slots can eat €500.00 for breakfast,even on moderate €1.00 stakes.
If you don't get the features you have a problem as they churn out most of the wins - Basegame pays are low in general unless you hit 5oak of top paying symbol.


But I do like them and I believe they are set around 95-96% rtp.

Had some great wins on several Novo slots but also some very big defeats.

So play them with caution but a big hit on these is not hard to get i.m.h.o...
Think odds are better than hitting one on Netent and MGS...

But very high variance so beware!

The trick is to get as many features as possible.
Where it is set on Netent and MGS for example the features trigger around every 150-200 spins on average I cannot see this behaviour in Novomatic slots.
I had sessions where I would deposit 1k and would not hit one single feature.

Other sessions I would hit them constantly so dunno how that works even after all these years.


But u love or hate them and I love em. ^^

The re-triggers on novoline slots are the main reason I enjoy them.

Base game pays OK, I got 4 wilds on lucky lady and paid great deal.

They had a 24h open casino where the casino's in Holland close between 12 and 2 in the night and we would always go from these places to Germany.
Had some great sessions on Lucky Lady too with some awesome 2000x bet wins.

My gut says online they won't retrigger that often,my record is also on Lucky Lady and on Dolphins Pearl Deluxe which gave me 105 free spins & initial...Great but not close to the 200ish I would get in landbased quite often.

Really love landbased Novo,unfortunatelly none here in Ireland where landbased casino's do not offer really good games imo.
