I was getting ready to start a thread about them. I too was wondering as I have gotten 4 emails in the past week about the ND offer. I questioned them about the software and had never heard of it.

Here's some useful reading:- Spot the Rogue

Not that I'm saying they are rogue;
I had a look at their website and it looks quite professional. The one thing though that I see all to often is the "About us" page - I expect this to be about the owners or operators of the casino, but here, as in many other cases, they just use this page to try to make their casino sound great.

What always rings alarm bells are blatant bare-face lies on this page, such as:-

Eldoradopalace provides high quality online gambling that features the best technology, software and infrastructure on the Internet.
Really... :what: Microgaming better buck their ideas up a bit then!

Eldoradopalace remains at the forefront of the industry as the Number One place to play online Poker.
Wow! How come I've never heard of it before?

Also, remember - unlike many other online casinos and poker rooms, when you win big, you get paid out in full!
Hmmmm.... quite hard to remember something you never knew in the first place...

OK!!!!!!! So i had to try them out, customer service team was great with helping me get the bonus, its totally not anything like i have ever played before, you have to buy credits, it then takes you to a different screen to play the game you want. The games are kinda like Rival and M/G produced a baby by Topgame software, a mixture of all of them:eek: that turned out really freaky imho.

I didnt find that many slots, alot of poker and such was available it seemed........would i deposit and play at this casino?............dont think so, just not my cuppa tea:confused:...........laurie

The other thing that I don't like about new casinos like this and it also sets off a red flag is when they blatantly allude to mention on their home page what software they are using or running. I just don't see what the big deal is to not even say that our software is proprietary or whatever, you know.

Hiya: Several Years ago, i played at Global Player Casino all the time. I never had any issues at all. But, if you were to look at different Casino information Websites, they all said the same thing.

"They developed and use their own software, so this is a big Red Flag"

I disagree. Just because someone decided to develope their own RNG, instead of paying millions to use, "insert rng system here", does not mean they are trying to rip you off. Get some players to make some deposits, small ones, and then see what happens. Then come here and post about it....

Well I hit this just now and won a cool 27 cents. All on a 45 cent bet. Schweeeeet!

Edit: In all fairness, the bonus game can pay well, lookie here(yes, it is a cool penny):

Hiya Swede: Do not lose that screen shot. I actually have a print out ticket from Main Street Station Casino here in Vegas for a penny. hehehe, The power to run the machine, the paper, the Ink used,............hehehe.

Print it out, and put it in a frame, and hang it on the wall with pride......;)

Having run out of gambling funds I decided to download and try them out using the $20 freebie. I found the slots to be boring and there wasn't a whole lot of variety, BUT I found the payouts to be really nice. I played about 5 hours on the $20 last nite and never had my balance dip below the original $20....and currentlly I am up to $90. I cannot remember the last time I have gotten so much playtime with a deposit or bonus. Usually im done in an hour max with my deposits so this was a very refreshing change of pace.

I found the video poker especially friendly. I hit two 4 of a kinds on my first 6 spins at their single line jacks or better. And their 4 line deuces wild I had a pat five of a kind in my first 10 spins. The only thing that seemed kind of curious were the counters for the progressives which seemed to be all over the map and never more than $10:confused:

I would have to say a pretty solid experience.

hi funeral, where did u get the 20ndb from..i would like to give it a try..like u i have run out of gambling funds..lol

ummmm....well this STINKS!! I just hit a royal flush, which apparently won the progressive for this game. With a $1.50 bet here I won the equivalant of about $9.00!!!!! Whats up with that:mad:

As you can see from the screenshots I would have won considerably more NOT betting max coin!!

(sorry about quality of screenshots, my regular puter in the shop)

Yes it was nine bucks and change I believe. I know they have been open over a week for sure as that was when I started getting their email offers.

Fact is their video poker progressives are insanely low. And the meter seems to just randomly go from between $1.50 and $10....like its being hit every 3 minutes. Not likely as I have never seen more than 5 people in the casino.

This reminds me of another casino when it opened, sorry cannot remember (seriously). Did not take long for everyone to realize it was a clip joint, nice payouts on free money but when the deposited it sucked money like a hoover, I would not dep with any of your money let alone mine, beware, run, just plain dont waste your money, something smells stinky.

I played here about 10 days ago with the $20 no deposit bonus and after meeting the 40x wagering requirements, i had about $115 withdrawable.

Support has been helpful and fast to communicate with me. They would have paid me with quicktender, but as it's only available for US customers, they told me to make a min. deposit with debit or credit card so they can send my balance to my card.

I just deposited $10 yesterday with visa debit card, sent scans of documents and asked for a withdrawal. They approved the docs in few hours and said they will process my cashout shortly.

No email yet to confirm the payout, but i see this in transaction history of the cashier:

Paid cashouts
Date Total Amount Paid
Aug 30 2009 17:52:52 $125.40 $125.40

I will keep you posted when/if I receive the money to the bank account associated with my debit card.

I received mail In the morning, saying their bank couldn't send the money back to my card for some reason, but they offered my a moneybookers withdrawal. I sent them my MB email ID, and it took only 30 minutes for them to send me the cash out via MB.

I have to say I had very nice experience with them. Courteous and fast replies from support 24h and I got my cash out pretty smoothly.

I know they are new, so tread lightly, but I would play here at least for small money. I'm not a fan of slots in general, but played them due to then counting 100% towards bonus rollover. They have original proprietary soffware with slots that have nice paylines. Smaller wins often, opposed to less frequent, bigger wins in most casinos.

I've never heard of this casino before today, nor played there. But I just read a very long post at our forum from one of our members who hit a $1000 Royal Flush on her second free chip in a row. She said she was sure they were going to tell her she wasn't going to be able to cashout since she took two free chips in a row without a deposit in between. Instead, she had nothing but great things to say about their support. Long story short, they let her cashout a maximum of 2x the amount of the $100 free chip she was playing with but she had to make a $50 deposit first. She made the deposit while in chat with the manager about this. And within minutes he told her the cashout had been sent to her QT account. She said she couldn't believe it, but the $200 was in her QT account. All in a matter of minutes after making her $50 deposit.

They also gave her a bonus on the $50 deposit with a 2x playthrough, or something like that, and no max cashout.

Sounds too good to be true. But so far... I'm seeing good things.

She said she asked also about the no deposit chip, if it was just by invitation only or if it was for everyone. They told her they did have a free chip for everyone and this is the information she said they gave her about it:

use code:ndbpoker10

Terms:
$10 Free Chip
30X playthrough (60X blackjack/video poker)
$50 max cashout
Roulette, Craps, Pai Gow Poker, Baccarat and Sic Bo are not permitted to play in order to cashout
all other games are OK.

Like others here have pointed out, beings this is a new casino with new software, I'm going to be cautious here. But from the good reports I've heard so far, I'm not going to pass negative judgement too quick. Not until I at least try them out myself.

Good luck to those that play. :)

Suspicious SPAM

Well, I got a spam for this place, but what was so unusual was that when I hovered my mouse over the link, it went DIRECT to their website, NO affy code, NO "via bulk mailing firm", so this must have come DIRECT from them, and they therefore have ILLEGAL possession of MY email address, and are quite happy to use it to SPAM their casino. Who knows, the lack of ethics might mean they will SELL my email address to another casino.

It is IMPOSSIBLE for me to have given them any kind of permission to send me mailers, they have barely been around for a week or two, and the spam is what prompted me to view this thread in more detail.

When I got the spam, I got the impression they were ROGUE. IF there is a rep here, THIS is what happens when you resort to spam. You might be a fine upstanding new casino, but when people receive spam, they assume that you are just another of the countless rogue casinos that spam away, and having gained this negative first impression, even the tales of good conduct so far in this thread make me cynical that it is all an act to lure people in, and the "trap" will be sprung once the internet is filled with glowing testimony. Had I NOT been spammed, I would probably have considered this a new casino worth watching with a view to playing and trying this new software.

guess this ndbpoker10 is invitation only code......not workin

I have no idea if that ndbpoker10 code is valid or not. Nor do I know anything about this casino, good or bad. But the member of ours that gave us that code posted today and said...

A friend of hers registered and did not get the code to work. When you register, there is a coupon code box on the registration page, but that is NOT where you put the code. First you register, then go to the cashier and click on deposit. There you will see a coupon code box and that is where you put the code. Put the code in that box and click on deposit and your account is credited instantly. (If it works)

Just thought I'd share that new info for those that registered to try a no deposit and wasn't able to get it to redeem. I hope it works.

hi Daera! that is true, for those who said code did not work they went back and put it in the bonus code box in the deposit area and they all said the code worked

I know this thread is a bit old but I thought I'd post this one up for those that thought the slots at eldorado are boring. Now if I can get Customer Service to be a bit more responsive.........

WEEEEEEEEEE

Why would you bump an old thread just to post this screenshot when you could have opened one of the MANY active threads complaining about, and warning against playing at this casino?

It's obvious you know about them as you posted twice in one of them.

Not only is it rude, it's a rules violation and against forum ethics.

huh???

how is it rude, a rules violation and against forum ethics to post a screen shot in this thread where the topic of said screenshot is more appropriate to this thread than to the threads warning against this casino? please explain..
and why would you bump it again just to tell me that I'm rude?:what:

Maybe because they just wanted to post about a win... it is possible, you know... people bring up old threads all the time... there's not one problem with it. As for being against forum ethics, it's not as bad as your somewhat unreasonable tone towards him.

There's no reason why you need to yell at someone because they brought up an old thread. You could have gently reminded them about the other thread rather than being brash about it.

yes I have

Yes vegetagirl, I have read the warning, & quite honestly I'm not overly optimistic about getting paid by eldorado. They have been somewhat evasive and unresponsive thus far, their T&Cs are so convoluted they're practically unreadable & the ones you can understand make little sense, like the one about wagering any amount while you have a withdrawal pending ! That one is absolutely ludicrous !!!! Heck, I was even advised not to play freeroll tournaments while waiting for a withdrawal !!!! One would think they'd practically be begging you to keep playing if you have a remaining balance in your account while you are waiting for a payout. The odds that you will lose some, if not all of that money, are in their favor unless their software is totally screwed up. I have not, nor do I plan to make any deposits at this casino until I see for myself that they are operating with honesty and integrity. I am currenly awaiting a withdrawal & will keep you posted.
There are several things about this place that are of concern to me, & not the least of which is the fact that if you log on to the site, in the lobby there is a display showing the number of players currently online, just as you will find at most poker sites like full tilt & others (at the moment tilt is showing 98,000+) & over the last few days that number has been disturbingly small, as I write this that number is at 19. I have also seen in other threads that certain players have been accused by CSRs at eldorado of posting negative comments here & at other forums so it would seem as though they have someone monitoring these forums & yet there has been no one from eldorado that has stepped up to the plate here at CM to address any of the issues that have been brought up. Possibly the most common complaint I see is that they are unresponsive.........& we don't get a response??? hmmmmm
