Has anyone had difficult access GUTS casino right now?

Hi,

I have now just had trouble access to GUTS just after made deposit of $50. Then it went offline/down for no reason.

Here is the reason:

The connection has timed out

The server at www.guts.com is taking too long to respond.

The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

Wonder what happen?

It seems that Rackspace is down (they host our front end) and we are communicating with them now to get us back online ASAP.

I will update the thread when we are alive.

That's odd. I've actually been trying some games I have not played for purposes of research in fun play for the last 3 hours on Guts - no interruptions, still going OK as I type. Obviously this must be a 'real play' issue?
Or am I hogging all the bandwidth.....

There is a slim chance there may have been hack attack at some web host or DoS attack. It happens sometimes though.

We are quite sure that your 3 hours of fun play was the problem but we are checking some other things just to be on the safe side .

I think your free play hogging got nothing to do with it. I think the server was their problem, not casino. Although I am suspecting that server may have been hacked or having a nice big DoS attack or their server system crashed. Either one of those affect many of websites when server goes down.
