I just wanted to open this thread to congratulate GUTS on their second birthday.
Also thank you for the 25 free spins I got in my mail today.

For me GUTS is a casino that is and will stay in my personal favourite top 3 of all casino's I have played and still play.
Simply because they have always treated me with respect and with courtesy as one of their customers.
I never felt I was just another depositing fool but I felt appreciated and I still do when I have a chat with their CS.

2 years in business now and I wish and hope there will be many more years to come for you guys.

I know lately there have some technical issues but I am 100% confident these will be fixed at some stage.
For me this doesn't mean GUTS is worth any less to me.
It doesn't change the fact that they have one of the best CS teams in the field and with Ben one of the finest managers/reps out there.

So another big fat congratz from me to Ben and the whole GUTS team.

Well, after months of "threatening" to "finally see the light", I PM'ed Ben last weekend about opening an account with GUTS.

Got all the advice I needed from him to start the ball rolling, which I did on Wednesday. After that, Tony quickly took care of the rest.
Verified "up front" in a mere couple of hours. And I was playing by Wednesday afternoon. Thanks Tony :thumbsup:

Despite never really getting going on my first deposit, my overall first impressions were very good.

Lag was a bit of an issue, but not to the point it was unbearable. I may just choose to work around the problem by playing games
which are less graphically advanced. And there's plenty of games that will allow me to do that.

Got invited by Tony to give some feedback, which I did. Then heard back from Emir who took the time to thank me for providing it.

All in all, a pretty good start to my time at GUTS. Long may it continue. :thumbsup:

PS Happy 2nd birthday GUTS. May your third year bring continued success and hopefully, more awards :)
 
I can't believe it's been two years already!?

Unbelievable how quickly they've established themselves amongst the best casinos in the world in that short time, many believe they are the best....

I think they've definitely set the benchmark in many respects and given the industry a wake-up call on how it should be done :cool:
 
And to add to my kind words to GUTS,I came home finding that the free spins were not on my account.
I went onto live chat and the agent told me the bonus program was not setup correctly and therefore the spins were not credited.
But to compensate they gave me the value of the spins in bonus money right away,free to play on any slot.

Again,1000% good customer care and customer satisfaction! :thumbsup:;)

I remember well when they started up. I checked trough old pm's and found this in a reply from Ben :)

Yes, that was a bit of a shock as we wanted to open without too many knowing and just test it. Then all of a sudden it was PM crazy. Have not really slept since Wednesday and as you can see we are having some teething issues and most of it is not on our side so it has been a lot of emails.

I have also seen that after these two years Ben and the rest of the staff are still as busy :D
