Don't know how old you guys are but I'm 50 today but honestly still feel in my head like I'm 25. Not physically, but mentally anyway. I do think ah, I can do that no problem, then almost kill myself doing it, thats the only time I feel anywhere close to my age haha, anyone else feel like that? Scary where the years have gone though!

Lol, this is so reflective of how I feel about myself also

Mentally 18-25

Physically (at times) 60+ Though I did manage a 4 hour trampoline stint with my kids last summer

Actual age - 45 in a couple of weeks.

Mega scary where time has gone and I know it sounds stupid but each year seems to get shorter/faster
