Was this activated last night? ('Treasure Hunt runs from 00:01 (CEST) on 03/09/2018 until 23:59 (CEST) on Sunday 30/09/2018.').
If so, it seems a bit pointless to send this to your players now and have them all looking for free spins.
The 3 sets of free spins were probably claimed 2 seconds past midnight.

Thanks for the question.

I just contacted the casino team for more information.
It turns out this promo was supposed to be with an ''Opt-in'' function but currently for the type of mechanics we are having now, it didn't show.
So we had to drop the ''opt-in'' and that's why there was the risk of spins being credited very quickly.

Good that now we know, so for the future promos like that we will know what are the flaws and how to deal with them.

Regarding skrill, this method has been excluded from the welcome offer however not from all offers. The best thing would be to check T&Cs before depositing!

How can I know if Skrill is excluded from a specific offer? I had two match bonus offers and Skrill was not mentioned in the specific terms. However, both had links to the general bonus terms where this clause is listed.
I did ask support and I was told Skrill, Neteller and Paysafe is not valid with ANY offer. Thanks.

I received the same offer with the same terms. According to the Guts Team it doesn't work with Skrill/Neteller/Paysafe as such an exception would have to be mentioned explicitly in the specific terms. Do your specific terms say anything about this? Thanks.

No, it was not mentioned in the terms. I checked with live chat and was told I was good to go. When I claimed it whilst making a Neteller deposit, the bonus was instantly credited to my account.

Balance dropped to roughly 3 dollars. Hit a balance saver of roughly 65 bucks in Goldilocks.
Closed game, opened Break Da Banak Again.
Spin perhaps 5 times at 90 cents of my approx $65 balance.
Suddenly, says, can't place bet, not enough funds....60 cents
I'm like WTF? Already been in chat once to fix my balance that zeroed out (well, a nickel) with 165 left.

Chat says I need to close Goldilocks.
I respond it isn't open.
She asks to close it
Ok, whatever, close BDBA,
re-open Goldilocks again, hit close.
Balance still says 60 cents

Fair enough - though I chalk it up to technical glitch as it DID credit it to my balance, subsequently remove it several spins later, then re-credit it.

Ikibu casino has the same issue. All Red Tiger Games are like this when you get a bonus since they are predetermined.
