Really good news that. Hate to hear of all the sudden withdrawals from countries by casinos and of politicians messing about with gambling etc.

Last year Ireland enacted a law requiring online casinos to have a license to operate in Ireland. Guts and Betspin (the only ones I cared about) along with a few other casinos pulled out. Guts got their license so they are back. Yeah!

There will be more of it. This is just the beginning since every country wants their fair share. Even Sweden are on their way but nothing will happen this year at least.

Well I guess every casino needs to be licensed in every country they want to operate in since everyone (cough, politicians) wants to regulate. I am sure the big casinos will get a a license if Sweden does this since Netents biggest market share is Scandinavia. All this bull is quite tiresome.
It seems like people who don't have much knowledge about online casinos are making all the calls and in the process trying to ruin all our fun. Well that is my opinion anyway.
Personally I think it would be better if just ONE regulatory body for the entire EU would suffice but nooo every country wants their own.

I don't know if I agree there really. A lot of money are going out of countries and in the pocket of those smart people who run/owns casinos.

Self Excluded ?

So anyway i joined Rizk,tried to log in and it would not allow me to do so as it told be my account was blocked.
After speaking to CS they informed me that i had self excluded from Betspin.I have never self excluded from any casino let alone betspin.
Guts and Betspin informed me they had pulled out of Ireland last year and i had left it that.
Customer service told me on Tuesday they would get back to me and have not and i also PM'd Yits to see if he could help but again no answer.
How hard is it to prove that i never self excluded?

I wish they were as strict with regulating the financial system
I just joined guts cos it's back for Ireland . Lodged 40 with the welcome bonus, so 80 to play ..met the wagering requirement . Just withdrew 750 thanks to Isis. Wayheeeey!!! Also..really like this casino site !!!

Been waiting 4 Days for account verification to be processed to withdraw and in that time they've locked me out of my account ?!
Why have they done that ?
Talk about putting new players off. Surely 4 days is excessive to process verification and withdrawal . I responded with all the correct documents immediately. Then they told me i needed to show then 10 of the digits of my debit card , not the last 4 (unusual ) as well as back of the card .. I feel like they're delaying me on purpose because I had a big win.

In which thread do you want us to respond to you? This one or the long one where you posted the same thing?
Why they have locked you out I have no idea. Maybe they suspect something is wrong, or they want to make sure you don't lose the cashout while waiting.
You could see that as a good thing if you wanted to. Waiting is never fun though.
It is a reliable casino so if nothing is wrong with your account you will get paid.
Either thread, There is no need to be like that, I'm only a newbie here. It was also recommended on the other thread to ask the question in a different thread as it would get lost in the long one, I hadn't seen that before I posted. Do you want me to go and delete it now ?
I've never used Guts before, I'm pretty new to casinos in general. I joined this forum because I like playing and it seemed the place to go if I had questions or needed help.

Not true -- she's helped many players, on and off the forums -- and not fair. I understand you guys have your differences but please don't belittle the contributions she has made to the scene here on Casinomeister.
