I did sen in my docs 3 days ago, never got confirmation about them being approved, but just a reply were they stated they had recivie them. i have withdrawn 2 times since them so i assume they are ok.perhaps they only reply back to you if they are not ok ?

ya, no worries about the docs IMO - same docs as was approved over in Nordic when Ben was there (same as Maximo, BetSafe, Bettson, in same group)...so I'm sure just a matter of them being reviewed..but..better safe than sorry this time

As to other, nope, still just the 'we'll review and get back'..if theyre hoping I'll whittle down 1k, theyre on glue, aint happening
sadly, IF they just did the WD, theyd be getting some back in deps and all in due time

I'm sure here though, they' ll get approved, just better to have my ducks inna row

i sent in docs 2 days ago, got a reply that they had received them and was told i will get notified once my account is verified. haven't heard back yet, but my withdrawal was approved.

since the casino just opened last week i assume that the security department have an enormous amount of documents coming in from all the new players. i haven't had trouble getting verified anywhere yet so I'm not expecting to have any issues here either.

Sorry, forgot that it was in Dutch. Where is Incrediablestuff when you need him :-).

It is actually related to the story in this thread https://www.casinomeister.com/forum...om-a-casino-under-police-investigation.57134/

I will try to find the story in English... but a long story short Sheriff gaming owners are under an investigation and as we want to make sure our suppliers are 100% trustworthy we decided to pull the content.

Cheers,

Ben

me too :P try to translate via google translate
as i understand, one of the guys suspected in money laundering and there are links to sheriff gaming. if someone describe more clear i will be happy to read :)

Yes, it looks like the owner of Sheriff Gaming is part of a group that got arrested for money laundering, illegal gambling, drugs and other dirty stuff. It's funny because when I googled "Sheriff Gaming" in Google News, I get this news and this is from 1hr ago:

Old / Expired Link

Weird timing.

Will be interesting to see if other casinos will follow Guts' example and remove Sheriff content. Many other reputable casinos, including accredited casinos are of course offering these games. Will also be interesting to see how Microgaming will deal with this as Sheriff is being distributed by them through Quickfire.

Great

I HAD MY FIRST 2 W/D'S APPROVED ANYWAY AND WASN'T ASKED FOR MY DOCS, BUT I SUBMITTED THEM VOLUNTARILY. Sorry for that was stuck on caps lock. I had the same experience, all my w/d's 'success' now and quite quickly so, but no confirmation yet I'm 'verified'.

I have a feeling that the integrity of the games will be fine; corrupt people at the top will not have been software designers or IT people. However, better safe than sorry. Old Chinese proverb 'stand near crimson long enough and you become stained pink'. Wouldn't it be ironic to have straight games from Sheriff with links to criminals, and bent games from Finsoft who haven't.:D

I feel they should be offering a way of withdrawing your winning free of charge, does it really cost them 2.50Eu to put money back to my debit card? I dont play at many online casinos, but the ones I do play at; Jackpot Party and 32red dont charge for this. Would be nice to see these charges dropped!

Well I tried to w/d nearly 2k and found I could only do 1700 in one go which I did, then had to do another w/d at the same time for the other 200 so have paid the charge twice for one w/d. I suppose as they grow these costs may be absorbed, but other casinos also charge too. You may find their deal with their processor might change eventually when they have enough clout, and this all changes.

If you get your account verified you can withdraw more than $/€ 2000 anytime, see my earlier post in this thread. You are then charged the fee only once.

Well, had a go with the third sub tonight. Tried a little of Megadeth game (didn't impress) so chanced to Netent which had previously worked fine. After a good while of playing Jack Hammer 2 I got an error message saying ¨we can't reach your account right now, try again later¨and gameplay stopped. I logged out and closed my browser (chrome) but the same problem continued when I tried to to play the game again. Tried Immortal Romance after that and there was still a delay between spins also. So that's enough for me for now. Games from two major providers continuosly kicking you out and some just not working smoothly is just not worth it :(

Never heard about this casino. But,software is different from other casinos that i have experience 7 software. I feel so that, they charge different fees from cc,this is not acceptable for my opinion. thanks for your useful posts. Welcome to debate + and - :)

1. new casino - but familiar face. Ben's pretty solid so if there's issues he's very amicable
2. pretty common software - nothing I haven't come across
3. a fair few casinos charge with CCs for deposit. I get more pissy when it's Skrill dings though.

They didn't charge me for my cc deposits, but they did charge me $3.33 for a cc withdrawal. I don't really like this trend of charging for deposits/withdrawals. IMO this should be covered in operation costs.

Just to let you all know (if you read my 'Great Escape at Guts' thread Monday) my w/d hit my card early hours Wednesday (today) which is as quick as it could be after a bank holiday Monday weekend. In fact it was so quick, my deposits from Fri/Sun and my Friday/Monday w/d's all came through at the same time. Thanks Guts! So, if you're a credit/visa debit card player, expect it back on your card in 48 hours/2 working days. That's as fast as you can get. Same as 32red/PP/Virgin etc.

Damn. I made my first deposit yesterday evening. Played about 15 minutes and the site crashed. After waiting 15 minutes I was able to log in again and continue playing for a while.
Today morning I'm trying to open the website, but the site wont even open. Anyone else experiencing same problems? (Sorry have not red the whole thread)

Hi Akrus,

Can you please PM me your username so I can look into the issue from last night? I was online doing support most of the night and everything looked stable, I am really interested to see what happened to you as any issues we had with connection should have been fixed. We are currently doing an update on the site, and messaged everyone playing to warn them. Seems that we need a message for players coming to the site, thanks for getting me to think about that.

Thanks,

Ben

I too was hit with 2 charges for one withdrawal. However, I have no problem whatsoever paying a small charge like that to get the money to me quickly - esp with no reversal time. Most sites that have no charges in relation to dep/wd often either have long reverse withdrawal times or no flushing possible (often times both).

(I obv understand that the withdrawal charges affect lowrollers a lot more)

This looks great? I have not registred just yet, but I have a few questions. i looked at the registerpage and saw that I can choose swedish crowns, does that mean that I will play ALL games in that currancy?

And finally - any chanse you will get the slots like Wizard of Oz, Zeus and Ruby slippers and all those?

Hi Marie,

Yes we support SEK :-). All games should play in SEK but there is an issue with the Betsoft games that Nifty was nice enough to point out and it seems that all those games are being played in Euro. I will update the thread when that is sorted out by Betsoft.

WMS I am working on, would like to say that we will have those games next week but to be honest it will take a while for all the paper work to be sorted.

Thanks for your questions!
Ben

Just me thats having problem with betonsoft every slots is keeps getting error message "excisive delay" or something like that works for 10-30spins then i get that and i have to reload the slots, nice to know it shows in euro's cause i could figure out my balance on those slots lol lets us know when thats fixed :)

And with moneybookers deposits, after finishing the payment i get the error i cancelled the transaction but money went through just fine and in my account straight away.

Else looks and runs great documents verified in less than 24hours.

I received an email for 10 free spins at EggOMatic and when I logged in, there was a nice unexpected bonus sitting in my account. Thanks a lot GUTS!

Edit: Unfortunately the games are still unplayable, I'm not sure what's the deal with the server. You'll get a few spins through with some having a slight "delay" before getting the server's response for the spin and then not long after that you'll get that one spin with a delay that's too long and:

Still haven't deposited. Got an email with 5 freespins, so especially kind. I was able to play Eggomatic and a spin on Piggy Riches without problems, but still can't get to deposit. The deposit page loads, but when visa is clicked, just shows that loading grey circle (which is spinning if that helps.) Let it go on for a long time too (several minutes).
