We did have quite a few SMS offer's sent out today in conjunction with the launch of GNR, so without knowing which ones you received it's hard for me to comment. In the interest of avoiding confusion and saving time, is it possible to send a screenshot of these to customer support or directly to me via private message? Your very lucky receiving a SMS or e-mails from them.
I think due to me being in Ireland i never receive offers of bonuses or freebies.

I can't get this game to load on either Guts or Mr Green. I've tried installing Adobe Flash again, clearing cookies and cache, disabling acceleration, but no luck. I've tried on both Firefox and Chrome.

We are able to play this in Australia right? I talked to the Guts support and they said that we were. I'm out of ideas. It loads the whole way, but then the game won't pop up.

The Guns N' Roses slot is licensed in Australia, so no issues there. I have forwarded yours and hausse222's comments to our games team to forward on to NetEnt to make them aware, hopefully you will be able to access the game sooner rather than later.

Games team tells me it could be an issue with Adobe, but only NetEnt are able to diagnose properly and solve. Hopefully will be sorted sooner rather than later.
