Just thought I would get people's views on GTA VI - are you pre-ordering it, a big fan of the series, waiting for it to reduce in price or swerving it alltogether?
I used to be a big fan of the series - I remember getting hold of GTA (the original on a chipped playstation) and all of the contorversey at the time for a game which would be cosidered mild (or laughable) by todays standards.
For a game with so much hype, there are a couple of different views on what the game will be like and the direction that rockstar have taken over the years, including the preorder but no physical copies - if you want a physical copy you basically get a download code. Also seams to be a little concern around the writing team, as alot of the developers/writers from 4 and 5 have left rockstar and the current line up of writers is questionable.
Not really seen any gameplay yet - I have no doubt that this will do massive sales and preorders, but do wonder if it will be like Diablo 3 or Cyberpunk (massivley over-hyped and full of bugs to the point of being unplayable on release). Granted, Cyberpunk did sort their shit out and its actually a really solid game.
