Yes, we'll have to get him/her out of the cupboard and dust the cobwebs off though and charge the batteries. Their rep is one of the least called-upon there is on here, which is usually a good sign. :thumbsup:
 
Thanks, just a small problem with gameplay. .sure it will be sorted out quickly. Not as in not winning sour grapes as in freezing and not paying out a couple of wins.

Did you get your issue resolved?

I'm currently an 'un-official' official rep by virtue of the fact that I've been around the longest! I'm Affiliate Manager for the Grosvenor Online Casino brand and can always get your queries directed to the right people.

In the near future I'm hoping that I can get a member of our Customer Resolutions team on-board here as an official rep. Having a member of that team available to respond to you directly will, I think, add much more value to members than either myself or a standard Customer Service rep as the Resolutions Team actually have more authority to respond and get things done to deliver quicker resolution times and happier players.

This means that for now it's me you are welcome to speak to but watch this space... hopefully I can expand the team of Grosvenor people who can offer you assistance :)
