Resolved Grand Mondial not honoring my match bonus.

I recieved an email invitation avout a 75% match bonus for the last weekend. The email says it would be credited immediatly after the purchase.

Well, I purchased but did not recieve the match bonus. I mailed the first time and requested the bonus, this is their reply:

Dear XXXXXXX
Thank you for contacting Grand Mondial Support.
Please note that you need to opt in for the promotion in order to get the bonus after you make your deposit which is why the bonus was not credited.
We would like to wish you a safe and fun filled week ahead!

Ok, this is what I did, I opted in right after having purchased.

I thought it wouod be great to let them know and mailed again, this is their second reply:

Now Im really curious about if I mail a third time, will they tell my I have to opt in at same time while purchasing??? From my point of view, they try to cheat me with this bonus.

Im player at GM since the first day and I am really mad to have such a runaround about a freaking match bonus.

Needless to say that every request to credit the bonus manually, remains unreplied.
 
Have you tried Live chat? also forward the email with the 75% match to support, I am sure they will honor it. They are a great casino imo.

I also think it is a great casino, that is what makes me wondering so much about this issue.:)
