Goldencasino.com, solving payment problems

I was just on the phone with the Director of Goldencasino. He made it his personal business to get in contact with me due to the emails I send him regarding the payment problems seen on this forum and so he called me today!

We discussed the problems in a lengthy conversation and we agreed to maintain personal contact regarding these issues until they are solved.

He assured me the following:

Anyone with problems regarding payouts, please email support at goldencasino.com immediately and ask for your email to be forwarded to Mark.

Yes, Even if you have emailed them before. The difference this time is, when you email them, to make sure you mention Allamericans and that you want contact with Mark.

The email should have all details of the problem including account details and so on.

He, (the Goldencasino's director) will personally look into the problem you are describing as he is the person who issues the payments and, his own personal words where (and I quote):

Once they are done with me, there is no more problem.

So, the best way and fastest way to have your problem solved is to email support and tell them you want personal attention from Mark at BCP.

Both myself and Mark notified the customer service people that emails like these will be send and Mark personally instructed them to immediately forward them asap to Mark so that he can solve them for you..

Maybe this is coincidence, maybe not, but you are following Allamericans around to the GoldenCasino threads and posting that you have been paid. Yet you have 6 posts here at CM and (for whatever bizarre reason) -16 reputation points. In other words, you have less than 0 reputation at these forums. Are you and Allamericans working together to shill these forums??

I welcome any effort to get these lazy-arsed people at Golden Casino to pay anyone who's been waiting, but even if it turns out a few get paid, it won't help your reputation here. I am not leading anyone anywhere. I played at GC before I came to these boards, after seeing all the trouble other players were having I felt the time for my first withdrawl was now. I did recieve my check today, now to see if it clears. Whatever comes about from the check I'll post about it, I feel this is valuable info.

I'm not an advocate for GC, I left a rather unflattering post in another thread, check out the thread titled GC owes me $14,000.

I don't believe you are a shill for AllAmericans... Since you received a check it has taken long enough to get it (just in mailing time alone), that there is no way AllAmericans had anything to do with you being paid.

Since that is true... You would have no reason to be his shill.

I saw a couple of folks said they had gotten checks, but I have not seen any postings that the checks were any good.
 
And BTW, when you google AllAmericans and casino, the first result is a casino site with goldencasino.com plastered all over it.

goldencasino is the most prolific spammer I have ever been bombarded by. Almost every day a new affiliate name sends me an offer. Some of them, if you click on a link in the email it goes straight to download. Ridiculous.

Unlike most people, I don't mind a casino promoting itself to my inbox, but you can't even filter these chumps because they use a new shill with every email.

If so and you do not hear anything back in another few days, please forward me your details so that I can email them as well. I will then ask wtf is going on.

If there is anyone else who has emailed them as described but not heard anything back, please forward your details so that I can verify it with my contact at Goldencasino in order to get it solved.

At this point it may be a lost cause. I called them yesterday and their rep gave me the same ol we are doing the best we can. I asked if I would get paid this year, she laughed and said I hope so. She asked me to call back every two weeks to check the progress. I hate walking away from my deposit and winnings, but I don't think they are going to pay.
 
Golden Casino not solving payment problems

:mad: i guess I shouldn't be too upset. I've only been waiting since 4/9 for 1,000.00. It seems like other have had it much worse. Golden casino has never replied to any e-mail and the answers I get when I call are laughable and never the same. I'll post again if I ever get my money. Hope you guys get your money.
 
Just a note to update...

The self-proclaimed pro-American webmaster running AllAmericansAccepted dotcom, Geoff Leonnards, has made no changes to his website whatsoever. This despite Casinomeister advising the removal of branding for Golden Casino and any other brands that do not have a sound method in place for paying out winnings to American depositors.

Both Golden Casino and Hype are still touted by Geoff Leonnards as 'safe' for Americans to deposit and gamble at. Geoff has made himself quite clear that Golden Casino is his affiliation of choice, and I suppose he can really care less about anything else. Even though some very revealing facts about Hype casino have come to fruition over the last two weeks, AllAmericansAccepted dotcom has made no changes to that brand either, nor has Geoff made any mention that this brand's license is under serious jeopardy. There are still front page click-throughs to Hype on Geoff Leonnard's front page, as well as SPAM posts concerning and touting Hype on his Forums.

As has become typical, Geoff Leonnards only posts positive things about his affiliated casinos, and avoids anything that might make a potential click-through pause. Also becoming typical is the lack of updates to this website to reflect the daily changes in the American gambling landscape. Anyone claiming to be 'the choice for American gambling information' needs to be well-connected, well-informed, and a webmaster capable of quickly updating information to preserve the interests of his target audience.

Geoff Leonnards is none of these things, and AllAmericansAccepted dotcom should be avoided. There are a vast number of American resources available that have been online much longer, have up-to-the-minute information available, and are run by upstanding webmasters. These are the sites that deserve our patronage.

I email about once a week asking about my money. It usually takes a few days to get a reply and they usually say about the same thing. It is working on being 5 months. Here is the last email I got from Golden Casino, Century poker or Greedyhog, I dont know which one is emailing because its from MPG host or sometimes ghost, lol....
