I was just on the phone with the Director of Goldencasino. He made it his personal business to get in contact with me due to the emails I send him regarding the payment problems seen on this forum and so he called me today!
We discussed the problems in a lengthy conversation and we agreed to maintain personal contact regarding these issues until they are solved.
He assured me the following:
Anyone with problems regarding payouts, please email support at goldencasino.com immediately and ask for your email to be forwarded to Mark.
Yes, Even if you have emailed them before. The difference this time is, when you email them, to make sure you mention Allamericans and that you want contact with Mark.
The email should have all details of the problem including account details and so on.
He, (the Goldencasino's director) will personally look into the problem you are describing as he is the person who issues the payments and, his own personal words where (and I quote):
Once they are done with me, there is no more problem.
So, the best way and fastest way to have your problem solved is to email support and tell them you want personal attention from Mark at BCP.
Both myself and Mark notified the customer service people that emails like these will be send and Mark personally instructed them to immediately forward them asap to Mark so that he can solve them for you..
