I really don't know if I am posting this correct to here or if it should have gone to the main man himself?

First I would like to say, great place you got here and I hope you can help me on some answers.

I have been playing at Casino's for a long while and never had any problems which weren't resolved if I raised an issue, well until now.

I have been playing at Golden Tiger Casino for a while and even have had payouts before. Also in Oct05 I had two payouts of around 4k-9k. Now in Nov05 I won 11k and 12k US dollars which equalled 23k in total.

Now out of now no where the casino now states they will not pay me unless I
send a Photo ID?

If this was really a Term & Condition of this site, why have they paid me a good part of 14k in Octo05 and what surprised me the most was, they paid me 4k out of the 23k leaving 19k left?

The biggest problem I have got is that the UK does not have Photo Id's unless you have a passport or Photo driving (came into affect 2003 roughly). Well i do not have a passport because of health and I have a paper driving licence. Due to this I thought I was reasonable and getting my MP write and state who I was and I appear on the voting registrar.

Did they accept this? NNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOO

I have now proceeded to the contact both IGC and Kahnawake Gaming Commission but all I hear is that they allow 14 working days for the site to reply. This is 3 weeks as they go by 14 working days?

Where I am repeating that if it a question of ID, why have they paid me before and also why have they part paid? If I am a security risk as they come out with banking regulations, then why have they paid me before?

Surely the House of Commons letter i have proves who I am?

If any of you know the owners of this sites information i.e fax , CEO or someone senior I can fax a formal complaint to, please PM as I have checked on this site but can not find the site listed anywhere. I think the closest is ICL and they seemed to have some of the named sites Golden Tiger Casino come under?

Just one other note, I am thinking maybe that CasinoRewards have taken something personally as I complained about the Live support where they have terminated in live and also been told things like "Looks like your cashin is still in pending. I will need to forward this to our payments department and they can get back to you via email.". They never replied.

Then "I don't care" when I am explaining they have paid me before and have my info before.

All I get is they will look into it but the RiskManagement do not email me or contact. I have wasted calls on this and when I stated I will look into contacting my card company , I get someone call me.

Then this person agreed to pay me without a Photo ID but I needed to sign a legal document to say all matters are resolved and they will pay me.

I get this document and it has 7 clauses in it including things like this

"7. Central Negative Database. The Releasor acknowledges and agrees to his /her details being placed on an industry shared central negative database."

Am I missing something or is this site just being awkward?

Please let me know what you think and I have chat logs as they refuse to send me any and also have blocked my account.

Please note that as above I have emails and logs I captured myself, so can not explain all info here due to the amount of info I would need to post.

Do NOT sign clause 7

That clause is all about placing you on record as a "negative" player. This will make it hard for you to open accounts at other casinos. It is not your fault that the UK refuses to issue photo ID like many other countries, and there is no need to give you a negative reference because of this.
This is Casino Rewards, and don't underestimate the power of Kahwanake. I suggest letting this run its course, and send all evidence, logs etc you have to Kahwanake. They require the group to reply in the 14 working days, and the regulation of online gaming is pretty much their only export.
If you do not hear within 21 days, nor see any sign of your money, then let Kahnawake know, and keep all chat logs and E-mails till the issue is resolved.
I was stuffed by this group, and a complaint to Kahwanake got my bonus account unlocked. Once you get your money, I suggest showing this group the recycle bin and finding a casino listed here to play at.
Asking for the ID itself is usual for large withdrawals, and it is quite surprising you did not have this problem earlier, however they should accept the ID that the governments of the various countries choose to issue to residents (even if further supporting evidence is needed). The UK will not have photo ID as a matter of course for a while, and only the new drivers licence currently fulfills this function for those without a passport. I find it hard to believe that a casino will shun customers who don't drive or travel, these are probably going to be their best ones!
In your case, I strongly recommend you sort out ID issues in advance with any casino you join as you do not have the standard documents they accept without question. You may also be asked to sign a deposit declaration form. This is no problem as it simply proves to the casino that you authorised the deposits personally - this is used to defend the casino against the fraudulent charge-back to a card.

Don't worry I have rejected the paper they wanted me to sign as one of the other clauses basically meant that yes I agree to it and even when I have, the clause states that they can still as for documents.

It's just how they believe no one knows about law and exactly what they are signing.

The document was only suppose to have one clause which was, I agree that I will not issue my card company to do any charge backs ( we call it disputes) and I agree that all amounts I have approved. Then they were going to FedEx my cheque.

As I said above, that was before they add 6 other clauses, so basically I would have surrendered all rights by signing the doc and still have to supply additional documents.

Again what doesn't ring right here is , why pay me 4k out of the 23k? My ID is in question but yet they part pay me?

Thanks again and I will accept that I won't get anywhere this side of the year as it have already been 4 weeks. Now I got to wait another 3 weeks while I pay interest on my cards as I wanted to pay them off.

One final note, I would really suggest that all casino's should ask for all paperwork first before you are allowed to even play at them, but will they no as I have an Issue with BelleRock at the moment and I just told them to close my account. It's just a minor issue where I deposited over 5k US dollars played and even spoke to Live support, but now my account is locked as they want all my info before I am allowed to play again. My understanding was that you do not require this until you make a withdrawal.

Easier said then done?

Are you in the UK as, as explained we have two forms of Photo ID 1) Passport I do not have and until such time I am able to fly I will get one. 2) Driving licence with Photo ID, which I have looked into and can take 4 weeks. Also going from a paper driving licence you stand to lose any category your old driving licence permitted to drive. We have various watchdog groups here and many people have had this problem and also the DVLA losing licenses while converting which ends up with people having to have a re-test and then get a new licence.

Why should I be put through this method when I belong to between 6-10 other casino's online who have never once questioned my copies of my cards, my credit card statements, my paper driving licence and also any other form of ID I have supplied, yet Golden Tiger are happy to take your money in the first place?

Seems double standards but as previous I will wait to see what the licence regulators do, then take this further.

Also as pointed out, I still suggest online casino's ask for Photo ID's etc before someone is allowed to play for real money to avoid all this headache. You don't see clubs etc allowing people in and then when they want to leave they have to prove who they are to be allowed out.

Of course there is nothing to stop them putting him on it without signing that clause.

All I can say is that they need a very good reason to do so i.e charge backs, bonus abuse, multiple accounts etc etc.

As my previous post, double standards as I am even a VIP player and have been on this casino for a long while now and never have had a problem. As I suggest, there live support is behind this problem as I complained about them and as yet not have one email from the support manager and also directly from their Risk Management in writing stating exactly what the issue is when they have paid me before and also part paid me some of the money.

If it's the amount then they need to use their common sense and pay in in 2 or 3 amounts like any other casino.

Am I missing something? You're waiting on 19K because you don't have a photo ID, and you're not rushing out to get a passport? You said you're waiting to get one until you can fly, but why wait? Just get it, and get your money. Seems kind of odd that you're going through all these motions to file complaints, when the problem is easily solved. It appears to me you are fighting this battle out of principle. That would be admirable if we were talking about a few dollars, but for 19k? Swallow your pride and get the passport, get your money, then you can tell this casino to take a hike or do whatever you want.

By the way, in my opinion, its not an egregious act on the party of any casino to ask for a photo id for a large payout. Sure, maybe they should have done that before when you cashed out, and sure maybe it should be in the T&C, and sure maybe other casinos don't do it, but given all the casino problems and issues we see posted on this board, I just find it hard to get overly worked up because a casino asks for id on a $19,000 cash out. Sorry.

Don't worry I won't need a passport or driving licence photo ID. I have already said that I will put this through the proper channels and also I have stated that my MP (Member or Parliment) has assited in this matter.

Do you really think 19k is alot as it maybe 11k in the UK, and it's not about pride but respect if anything. You show good faith in using a casino where you become a VIP and have no issue, but suddenly you raise a complaint and you are held over a barrel of gun.

What kind of world would we have been living in, if everyone just accepted things when clearly people like me aren't in the wrong.

I'm sorry to the owner here if you think this is stupid that I won't be held at gun point on something I believe in.

At the end of the day I will get this resolved, but also as I have read here, I wanna see how and what powers do the likes of the IGC and Kahnawake have in assisting matters. If they show no action at all then personally I wouldn't bother using them again.

On the last note, I was merely asking here if anyone had details of who owned Golden Tiger Casino as I have ITS Ltd down but they have not responded to any of my emails also.

I need details and contact details.

I think the problem is time. It's Christmas, and getting a passport will not be quick even using the express service. It may be possible to get the photo drivers licence quicker if you are able to travel to Swansea in person and take all the documents. One way of avoiding the issue of DVLA screwing up is to take prior copies of everything, including your old paper licence. DVLA keep it for 3 months. The problem has been that people trusted DVLA to get it right so did not check the photocard too closely. When they found out it was too late as DVLA had destroyed the paper licence. It worked both ways though, some drivers were given categories they have no skill for, and DVLA have no records to recind these (one driver got "Tank" added, and a few became HGV or Bus drivers overnight!) - so much for their safety excuse for requiring a retest!
I believe that some local authorities will issue a photo ID card for some services. I have heard of a "Citizens card", as it is issued by the council, a government office, Golden Tiger should not complain. You might just get this in time for Christmas to pay off those cards.
I found their support unhelpful to the point of being rude. They would not put me through to anyone to deal with my issue, which is why I referred them to Kahwanake. In my case it was 50 at issue in my locked rewards account, and was more a matter of principle. They still spam me with new player bonuses, yet this was the cause of the problems!
Given the amount of action you have given them, losing you as a customer should matter (unless you always win:D), and I expect higher management will eventually ask why you no longer play, and then you can tell them!

What can I say but exactly my problem was highlighted in your quoted post.

I know the card you mean and that's why I won't need the Passport and waste 90 is it over now. Also my local Post Office would have got me a Photo Driving Licences within 7 days but due to not having a passport I couldn't go this route. I have made contact with the people who run the card you mention and I am just waiting a confirmation that it is rubber stamped and approved by the Uk Government. Once they confirm this I will need to pay 30 to get this within a week but due to being signed off work over the past 5 weeks, I couldn't get out last week and find a Solicitor, Teacher etc etc as a referee as you need one to certify it's really me.

Oh yeah, there live support, yes I hear you, they terminated my live sessions, won't send me copies of them. Also say things like , what ever and repeatedly told me different things to the next live support person I spoke to. Then I haven't listened to them. Why not send me the logs if I was really in the wrong and not listened to them?

Also getting me to sign a long winded legal doc when all it had to say was, I would not take any actions against them and all matters were resolved, and upon this, they would release my payout to me.

I'll see when I am back at work in the next week if I can hurry the other card.

Update

I received a cheque from Casino Rewards and have banked it.

When it clears, all will be resolved.

Oh yeah, this will make you laugh, I was told that they will open my account but I can not deposit via a card.

Guess I can't play again as I don't use any other method.

Cheque was good and cleared but due to so much delay, my winnings went towards all my recent bad luck and time to call it a day.

Now it's time to start closing my accounts and have one or two sites to play at.
