I received a "Managers Deposit" as a result of a loosing session. I managed to turn this into some winnings and made a couple of withdrawals back on 1/3 and 1/5. On 3/7 I recieved an email telling me I needed to fill out their fax back form for all credit cards I ever used at Golden Nile Casino. I called and was told that this was their policy even though I had not used any cards as this session was a managers deposit, not to mention that they already have all this info on file. I complied with the request and recieved a confirming email on 1/8. On 1/22 I checked on the status of my withdrawals an saw that they were declined. I called to find the reason and was told that the forms were not acceptable because I filled them out in MS Word and that I needed to print the forms out and fill them out by hand!
I am thinking that this is a ploy to frustrate players in hopes that they will play their winnings and loose at least some if not all of it. They really don't like you winning on a managers deposit.
