Golden Lounge hassle

Had nothing but hassle since joining, with connection issue drop outs over the last week several times while in the casino.

Now when trying to log in get an error 2, unable to log in.

Thought maybe my password may be an issue, as I have several and I'm on a new computer and therefore needed to type it in. So I thought I'd change it just in case. So went to change it, guess what after entering new password twice and clicking next, another link not working.

Giving up with them :axeman2: , far more reliable casinos out there.
 
Surprised of late at the few different issues popping up at MG casinos.

- Installation problem that i and another forum member am having
- The welcome page server/display error

If GL part of the 32 red group, their support teams are usually helpful, have they given you any help/advice.

Sorry to hear you are having hassles - I hope they are resolved for you. This might be a slight glitch but I assure you its probably MG related. Even if there were Casinos with better Connections, they just cannot beat the 32Red Group.

It's not. Error 2 is a server issue. A duff password gives you a specific account error message related to username/password being incorrect. After 3 failed attempts, the account is locked for around 15 minutes. If password reset/reminder isn't working, support should be able to reset it to a random password which the player has to change upon first login. support will of course ask a number of security questions before doing this.

I had loads of problems with 32Red too, some games persistently refusing to load, but others fine. One game that had problems did eventually load, but disconnected after a few spins of being very laggy.

It seems clear that the VPL page issue was the tip of the iceberg. There seems to be a bigger networking problem with affected MGS casinos, and it is intermittent.

I haven't contacted support, because, I'd rather just play somewhere else, where I'm not getting problems all the time.

As I said, a lot of choice is available and if they can't get the basics right, then I'll go somewhere else that can.
 
I am afraid no casino out there is glitch free: you can move on to the next untill you encounter problems, but you can also get in contact with support to help them fix the issue for you and others, top casinos (like Golden Lounge) will in the end be more worthwhile to play at since in the end you are looking for good support, fast payouts and decent vip programs.
