Why are your winning wizards shots on a bright green BG Slotster?

Incidentally, one of my players at Roxy hit the Goose for $37,000 at the weekend

What did he bet to hit that much money? And what showed up on the screen to give him such a jackpot?

Every time I see that goose start walking across the screen, I want to shoot it like in the game "Duck Hunt"! I've never gotten anything good from that one. And it's the most frequent too. I got like 5 in a row on Saturday, while only one of the one where you pick a card.

You have my full support to kill it, must be the worst feature ever in a microgaming casino.

I think the goose is on vacation. I was really getting my ass handed to me, and beginning to wonder if the goose bet is worthwhile.

Actually, I'm still thinking that the goose bet looks increasingly like a sucker bet, since I've only had one decent hit during a goose bonus out of over a hundred bonuses... but thank goodness the Indian squaw came out to rescue me, kind of like Pocahontas... I've decided that the goose is cooked - all of my big wins are coming off of normal play, so if I skip trying to catch the goose I can get 25% extra spins. The only problem is that you cannot autoplay unless you play Golden Goose as well

Its totally the opposite for me. I cant stop winning on it - for now! You have to be patient but I have been using the increase/decrease strategy and i've had my most successful week ever thanks to the Goose. It's a slower game than most and can get a bit boring at times but its paying off. Yesterday was my most successful day by a stretch.

There's quite a difference between TT and WW. WW is lots of smaller wins and the odd big one, TT is more and larger wins and les small ones. A nice contrast IMHO. I just switch between the two.

I'm doing what Simmo is doing with pretty much the same results. And strangely enough we have not communicated at all about our methods or wins except through this thread... with occasional exceptions I am able to bank at least $500 a day. However, one day I couldn't get either TT or WW to do anything, so I had to go back to WoE to make my mark for the day.

I'm on my way to giving Ed Ware a panic attack when he comes in on Monday I did get greedy (well, bored actually) once though and started betting at 5c and my goose was cooked.

I think they could improve the game in three ways: add a "Quick Spin" feature, allow Auto-Play to resume after a feature and shoot the goose that walks over your screen and drops its load - otherwise its easy to get bored.

The goose is definitely on vacation. It is extremely hard to get the goose to visit more than once every 50 spins - and the chances of you getting back anywhere near what you put in for the Goose bonus are extremely slim.

If you are going to play those games, I would suggest not using autoplay and just play the slots without the Goose Bonus for the time being.

If you are going to play those games, I would suggest not using autoplay and just play the slots without the Goose Bonus for the time being.

I think I'd die of boredom if I played without the goose. I did well on it! Got 5-Eagles three seperate times.. and one of the times was 5-Eagles on two lines. Got the 5-scatters on both games once... and had a very nice bonus round on Totem when the wins were tripled, and I pulled 5 of a kind of the Books with wild kickers in it. My best was an $880.00 hit on a seventy five cent bet... that wasn't even on the bonus round either. I'm a bit bored of the goose as of late though, so I played other games today and won $2,600.00.... gave back a thousand , and cashed out $1,600. On a $150.00/deposit. Thanks 32Red! I was going to reverse a little bit more, but support told me payment was already processed and on the way. Now that's fast. Good thing! Saved me from spending any more of it!

You're spot on with your analysis - WW paid regular small wins and kept me interested for quite a while.
But when I tried TT it totally sucked! When you do hit a small win, it is tiny! Major bankroll destroyer.
Think I've seen all the gossey things now - got the 'pick a card' one on TT - got TWO free spins at x1!!! WOW - this paid out exactly NOTHING!

I didn't have much luck with GG last night either - so I turned to Jungle Jim, which is perhaps more volatile - but if you have enough patience and bankroll you will win sooner or later.

I'm sorry, but isn't this all complete nonsense? These games are supposed to be random aren't they? There should be absolutely NO connection between what happens from one spin to the next. If there is something to what you are saying then the only plausible conclusion is that the game is using unfair software. Or at least, not random. These games should be random, betting strategies and these theories should give you no advantage. Is there something I am missing? Or are we just entertaining ourselves with slot mythologies?

There is no certainty to what I am suggesting above. I do, however, believe that slots run streaky for a reason - perhaps using some sort of sine wave for modulation - but that does not affect the randomness of the slot.

This would explain why you often hear people say that slots run hot and cold - if you happen to be playing near the top of a sine wave you have a better chance of a good result - but at the bottom, you have a lesser chance. This, however, is still entirely random because the result is never predetermined.

So what I am saying above is not that slots are rigged or fixed odds (like a UK fruit machine would be) - I am saying that there may be clues which indicate better opportunities.

One way to prove this would be to be able to play fast and over a reasonably long period of time, say many hours - and be able to accurately log the result of each spin (or you can just go get your Playcheck records for the last 7 days) - and run an analysis based on that. I am betting that you will find peaks and troughs if you look closely enough - not necessarily by the amount of coins won, but by frequency of wins and losses, and then looking at win amounts in relation to the resulting chart.

Or I might be an idiot... LOL... anyone up to the challenge? Especially Simmo... LOL...
