Hi

Just wanted to give credit for Mrgreen.com. I had 0,08€ on my account. I redeemed free bonus code to my account.
But when I was redeeming it a pop up showed saying about this :
"You have an active bonus März 2013 Bonus, on the worth of 0,08€. You have wagered so war xx€ and the total wager for that bonus is xx€(/Here it actually showed the wager requirement for my new bonus/). If you want use this new bonus, the old bonus shall be forfeited and your balance will be reduced to 0,0€ from 0,0€."

To add a side note, that 0,08€ actually did not left from my account (Tech error?), but the old wager requirement was gone.

The reason I wanted to share this: Why on earth wont every single casino show a pop up like this, in the case there is old wager requirements left in the account? OKey, there was some errors on that note and allso some technical errors, but I imagine it wont be that hard to do?

Ok, silly Q, but why would anyone need to? I mean, when you log in, you can see if you have a balance or not.

He's not talking about the balance though, he's talking about old wagering requirements that are still active. IMO wagering requirements should disappear as soon as you as your balance is below $1 (I know some casinos do that, but others have different policies).

When I'm playing bonus money, I always make sure to spend every single penny before leaving or make another deposit. Better be safe than sorry.

That said, I'm not a big fan of popup windows, but it's a good idea I guess.

From my experience on quite a lot casinos it is not the case, that wager disappears when balance is below 1€. I have experienced this at least on following sites: www.igame.com, www.casinoeuro.com, www.expekt.com, www.mrgreen.com, www.kolikkopelit.com (these what I can remember) None of these are download casinos, I quess that might have something to do with that?
Pop up would be good, because it is bloody annoying, if you have 0,05€ on you account, you deposit 20€ with out bonus and you'll have to complete 5000€ wager

I too had a similar thing with Mr Green and thought it was pretty good at the time as well:thumbsup:

And similarly, I too will usually run it out to the last cent before next deposit/bonus redemption but even when this is the case-I recall a while back when I was still a a newbie and getting my head around the whole WR/T&Cs and all that stuff-playing at a site with a FS code or the like and having small win around $10/15 from memore...and then going on to drain the funds attempting to make WR on FS wins.

I assumed that was the end of that and moved on:rolleyes: Upon a future attempt some months later to claim/depo or whatnot I was denied due to active bonus-I was like what active bonus it's been ages between visits and I'd actually completely forgotten about ever playing the first lot of FS all together! :what: So had a look on my acct deets and sure enough there was a little box with the FS Bonus and the remaining wagering $ amount required.. I thought weird, as often after a long period of time other places that sort of thing would usually just expire and disappear. Like, it's only the FS winnings that needed to meet WR right, and once those wins are spent from my balance, shouldn't that cancel it out?!? And say there was a balance remaining at all, it's likely to only be a couple of cents most likely, then hey just let it expire (say if there is remaining $ below a certain figure after a set time period Duh...?!) I prob wouldn't have remembered the coule of cents anyway! lol

And I wondered then about how it worked, was I stuck trying to make up that WR for the rest of my time there:eek: and if that WR still applied to my account, If I had of made a deposit without claiming a new offer-would that deposit then start retrigger the active bonus and play toward the old WR needed?!!

very trying times as newbie thankfully found CM in the process and am a bit more around it thee days...I feared I was going to need to get a lawyer on retainer until CM came into my life:notworthy:notworthy

I think the WR are still sitting in there to be honest... Haven't been back for a bit again:oops:
