Hiya, hehehe. My In Laws live in the philippines. We send them money each month, and i sent $100 extra on monday. Leo put it in his bank, and signed up for click 2 pay, and opened an account and deposited into Bet Voyager Casino.

So, he logs in, and then turns on Skype, and points the video camera at the screen, and i simply tell him what to bet, playing 3 balls Roulette. We made, $7.50 playing at .03, and .30 per number bet. Except for skype disconnecting us a couple of times, this worked great.

Weeeeeeee. Now i can play for real, until i go there at the end of next month. And $7.50 a day is $2 higher per day than the average salary in the philippines.

Supposedly, Bruccee Holwaay aka Cipheer had a way to play US-banned casino while IN the US through some type of proxy to where the casino couldn't tell that he was playing from the US. However, I guess he'd have to have a foreign bank account, some type of government identification from that country, and own a piece of non-US land to actually have some utility bill documentation showing his name on that non-US land. BUT I think most casinos don't ask for documentation if you deposit and withdraw with Neteller. Me miss Neteller.

Hiya: If you did it the way I am doing it, nothing would happen. If you are talking about, "sharing an account", also nothing would happen, so long as there was only, "one" account. I mean, people do have casino's on their lap top, and they do go to the local coffee shop, and log in and play there, and then go home.

If someone who was, "Trusted", was to offer this kind of service, it would be something that would start out slowly, gain speed, "as others see it is not a scam or rip off", and the person would have a one of a kind venture, and actually end up needing to hire people to help out.

A long time ago, this was done in the on line game, Ultima Online. With the use of skype, and video camera, it is not even possible for the guy you sent the money to, to say, "sorry dude, you lost 10 in a row in BJ, and are broke", because you are playing Live, and see the results, and are making all the decisions. Now how much a person would want to offer this service is anyones guess?
