Pay special attention to the following:

13. If you do not log onto your Casino account for a period of 180 days, any balance in your account will be forfeited to the Company.

17. If you are found to be cheating or attempting to defraud the Game, or if you make untrue and/or malicious comments with regard to the Company's operation, the Company reserves the right to publicise your actions together with your identity and e-mail address, as well as to circulate this information to other casinos, banks, credit card companies, and appropriate agencies.

Apart from cheats and fraudsters (which btw I still don't think this give the casino the right to publicly publish anyone personal details), I'm go smacked that they have this written into the T&C's.

As far as the forfeiting of funds, too bad if a player should get sick and due to an extended period of convalescing is unable to log into the casino for more that 180 days.

I would certainly doubt that these T&C's were present when accredited to the accredited casino list here at CM.

What do you want me to comment on

On the 180 days - something that is never enforced anyway and is on every second site out there.

As for this part i think it is ludicrous as well

Not sure what the issue is but i will ask the Casino to look at the T&Cs and see if they can clean it up.

This is a very self-destructive approach in these days. I believe Geisha Lounge and KS would never apply such a term but the sole existence of such 'rules' indicate at least a questionable attitude towards dispute resolution. I have no sympathy for fraudsters or people who try to blackmail casinos with the help of public boards. If casinos think they are target of such activities they should take legal action but not rely on (unacceptable) self-administered justice.

I really think this should be removed right away. Like mucullus stated, the casino needs to take real world legal action for problems like this - not threaten the player with disclosing personal information, etc.

VPL group came under fire a year back or so for the same terms - which they ended up removing. The Geisha Lounge group should do the same thing.

well if its 365 days or so its still not fair as atleast there should be reminders as some times with so many places to play we can forget some times

That's not the point, besides holding the 'they do it too' attitude, imo, is not a response I'd expect from a casino rep.

While on the subject of your casino's T&C's, I also discover to my amazement that also in Geisha General T&C's this pearler is thrown in at # 28.

28. A maximum of $5000 will be sent per week, all balances will be sent the following week(s).

Does this mean if someone should happen to win $100K it's going to take twenty (20) weeks to be paid?

Too bad if your a whale, eh?

Its always been my view if online casinos want to be taken seriously; don't kid yourself their are those that would like to see this industry canned, then online casinos should start aligning themselves to the practices, protocols and general operations of these land based entities.

Like the bolted horse, it's going to be too late to shut the gate if changes are not made now.

Response

Guys - I have spoken to the Casino and they have agreed to amend the following portion and have started to implement the change :

17. If you are found to be cheating or attempting to defraud the Game, or if you make untrue and/or malicious comments with regard to the Company's operation, the Company reserves the right to publicise your actions together with your identity and e-mail address, as well as to circulate this information to other casinos, banks, credit card companies, and appropriate agencies

The 180 day scenario is staying the same - The partner casinos do not enforce this so i am trying to get them to remove this as well .Will update you when they do decide to remove.

Regards
Greg

Greg....

I'm not satisfied, at all.

Also

Please PM, if you want to know, what copyright mean.
Referring: Grand Aces vs 32Red - "Monthly bonus" advertising.
Same Desing, layout, "signature", etc, etc.

How about this instead:

17. If you are found to be cheating or attempting to defraud the Game, or if you make untrue and/or malicious comments with regard to the Company's operation, the Company reserves the right to supply your identity and information to the appropriate agencies, such as: Credit Card Companies, Banks, Law Enforcement and any Legal Agency the Casino attains in order to appropriately handle any legal issues that may arise. We do not supply your private information to any other casino outside of our gaming partners nor do we sell or give your private information to any agency, with the exception of Legal Agencies, Banks, Law Enforcement or Credit Card Companies, should the need arise.

I didn't know whole history and i think that the problem (with terms)
