I and others were initially led to believe just one person had been on Gamstop, and in fairness, now that it's come to light that both parties are I'd imagine it's raised more red flags than a North Korean military parade,

Really not sure how much leeway one has to expect a non-licensed casino to renege and impart any sort of refunds, unless that story's 'evolved' too.

I just don't know anymore (sigh) 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♀️

This has nothing to do with me I have no connection to my partner we don't live together or share anything I don't understand

But then surely the onus would be on you to know whether your partner's on Gamstop, I'd imagine that's the kind of thing that'd be brought up in conversation at some point. I mean if you were to look at it from a business' perspective, citing that you were both unaware of each other's actions whilst both on Gamstop could be seen as somewhat fraudulent, no matter how they connected the dots!

There is clear confusion here and I don't think there is a point explaining because I can't make things clear maybe it's my fault for wording things incorrectly. Thank you for all your comments much appreciated

Very likely their system did not find any relations of her to gamstop, and this time when the win was larger somebody did a manual check on the players account and discovered these things resulting in the account block. Still, if that the case with gamstop and the players account details are legit, they must pay out/return deposits.

Thank you but the funny thing is the deposits are actually smaller than the one that went through and yes all details legit I have no connection it's nothing to do with me at all I'm simply trying to get advice for my partner an I am a member so this forum so made the thread.

Surely they should be penalised for this because they allowed deposits after KYC was done then decided to block the account after a withdrawal

Ask them a direct question if they're going to pay her deposits back. And if not and all her details are in order, go to bash the casino on UKGC Twitter. Simply, add something like "UKGC licensed casino [name] refuse to return problem gamblers deposits"

... she has not signed up to gamstop so have no idea why they have done this. ...
When did you find out she is on Gamstop? Yesterday when you posted that she was?

From the gamstop website:
GAMSTOP helps you control your online gambling.

Once registered you will be prevented from using gambling websites and apps run by companies licensed in Great Britain, for a period of your choosing.

So both you and your partner - fully aware that you are both on Gamstop - chose to continue to sign up at online casinos ??? :what:

Y'know, I didn't just jump off a ship from China. I can only extrapolate from what you have told us that you are trying to game the system - looking for a loophole.

How about taking responsibility for your actions, and quit blaming others for your transgressions?

If that's what you think then that's fine mate everyone is entitled to you own opinion. This will be my last message on this thread I'm sorry if I've offended anyone.

If your withdrawals are over the total deposited since signing up then I don't think they have to pay you anything?

The main thing here is that they shouldn't have allowed her to play at all right in the beginning. Apparently some casinos miss that out, and there are a lot of people around that use this opportunity with malicious intent, I mean taking advantage with a goal to have some benefits out of it.

Oh geeze - give me a freakin' break. I read your post - I look at your other posts to include your PAB from the past, and I feel that you are not being 100% honest with us. You modify your story as it goes, and when you get called out on something like a possible mult-account and trying to slide into the casino player data base, you pull the "sorry I offended you" card.

I have been running this forum for 24 years, and I can tell when someone is apparently pulling a scam. Not that this is necessarily happening here - but I can tell.
