Anyone have any experience with this site? I found them on Askgamblers and they where "certified" Been waiting a week now on a skrill withdrawal. Their support seams to be lacking and never really gives any answers to why its taking this long. Tried opening a thread on AG was informed to make a complaint as this site was "certified" but they rejected my complaint for no apparent reasons stating their terms, even tough i filled in all the relevant information and my wording and language was fair and respectfull. Not looking to good :what:

I read your thread at AG and I thought the staff was really helpful there. Your complaint was rejected because you didn't provide all information.

Interesting bonus system that casino have with adding a bonus, that doesn't show until the wagering is done. Great way to trick people;)

Unfortunately, "certified" at askgamblers merely means that they exist. They are licensed solely in Curacao - their "gaming" license is pretty much worthless since there is not player support coming from the Caribbean. If you are in the EU, you should be playing at casinos licensed here - not in the Caribbean.

Caveat: we have a handful of casinos listed in the accredited section that are licensed in Curacao, but we know the operators and we are convinced that they are squared away. Any new casinos wishing to be accredited are disqualified if they have only a license from one of these banana republics.

I would be a bit more patient. What do their terms and conditions state about processing times? Did you take a bonus? Did they ask for ID docs? There are a number of things that may delay payments.

Yes that is also the problem here. I deposited 200 euros started playing and immidiatley won up to about 1200. Decided i would cashout around 1K so continued and balance went steady fore hours before suddenly i had 3200 in the account. Then i go to withdraw i notice under my profile that i had bonus wagering active. I was confused as there was no money added when i deposited. And reading their terms Yggdrasil games are excluded from bonuses AND i played them. But the support said the bonus should have been added instantly.

But my accoun there has been dormant for some time and i only deposited there once. I think from what i have read that they changed the bonus system after a siged up. And then maybe the old system with adding bonus after wagering was still tied to my account. Not sure. But anyways the chat people told me that yggdrasil games should not be possible to play with bonus money. And that they didd not think my winnings would be voided. Chat said he would contact promo department and notify my next day. Never heard anything back. Went back on chat and they told me 48 hours to review documents. Then after a couple of days they sad financial department is working on my withdrawal.

If they would pull the "you broke the terms" then im sure they would have voided my win immidiatley as i went on chat right after i noticed this. Also if they do that woukld be highley unfair. As i had no way of knowing that i had a bonus active. There was no message when i deposited or any way that immplied that i reacived a bonus.
 
Then I suggest you try to talk to them every day asking about it. Of course they are stalling a bit, but it does sound like you will get paid.

I stopped following any casinos listed on Ask Gamblers a long time ago as I realized they will list just about anyone. And they have some really bad outfits they promote. This is just my personal opinion. But being "certified" or what ever on that site means squat. Its more like a massive link list directory where you take your pick and take your chances. Something I personally am not prepared to do. Stick to the accredited list here and you cant go far wrong. Winning however is always another matter ;-) Good luck with getting this sorted though :thumbsup:

I do have a wonder once in a while but certainly not to sign up to sites but more to do a bit of research. I see that they do try and sort out problems or have an open resolution center (sort off) But some of the sites they promote :eek: No wonder why there is alot of complaints,

9 days now and no money. Yesterday they asked my banking info even tough i used skrill. They said they will send via bank. But money still pending and now they are ignoring my chat requests. Made a complaint on askgamblers. This does not look good at all.

I do hope you will get paid, but I also hope that you have learned something from this.
Don't register and play before doing a proper research of any casino. Listed at AG is definately no guarantee, but by now you know that already.

Got an answer from them now:

"I see there has been some technical problem with the skrill payout and other payment method was requested. The bank transfer is currently being processed. We will get in touch with you with the payment confirmation once we receive it from our finance."

Problems caused by 3 party. So i hope it will be fixed now because 3200 euros is ALLOT of money.

It certainly is alot of money, Hopefully a complaint at ask gamblers will sort it, You may find its due to the amount, Albeit that money to some casino is nothing and to others (rouges) that could be funding there night out

the two main questions you should ask when finding a new casino...

how will i take them to court....and how will i enforce payment if the judge decides in my favour

everything else i secondary i think
