Granted, I am very naive and don't do my research into casinos. I do it for fun and am thankful for casinomeister so I can quickly read when I'm throwing money in the wind. However, I believe in second chances, just because those casinos have King Kong and Pink Panther. (also recommended by casinomeister...so you know.)

I never bank on making a load of dough in a casino. It's gambling. However, I always think I will. So , I am a nutbag gambling addict who does no research. But the question is, does it help? Doing research I mean. You're lucky or you're not. You like to throw money away or you don't?

Geez Louise! Need to check what I post before I post it. I meant I usually win at RedFlush, have never won at 32Red. Also meant in the other post that I couldn't play some games, not some casinos!

Also, I was reading in another post about why some people have problems getting their documents approved. I have had that problem and I am wondering why? I am an American who lives in Germany and I play in dollars. Could that be the reason?

hi creigssy , try caaling them by fone m8 its far quicker ) anyway just to add to the thread there not getting any thumbs up from me infact they need to sort out there crap to be honest , there not so good & do not honour there promos either , i was awaiting my cashback of 37.00 pounds got a e mail staiting it was 3.70 spoke with live chat they confirmed a error it was 37.00 went to claim it didnt get it , spoke with live chat again today after calliong them , guess what its expired so 2 fone calls followed with 2 e mails & still they cant sort it bye bye gala account closed poor way to treat your customers )

My account is "Nasibal" My cashout of 280 dollars has been pending sinds 14-7 now!, i have send all the possible documentation but keep on getting problems. I've send copies of my ID, my bills everything! First I send a bill and they say ; ïts not right because its a reminder. Then I send the same bill, but the original and not a reminder and then they say its not good because its for dog taxes? Offcourse thats weird because its just a bill and a bill is a bill and its for the adres wich is on it!PLease just credit the withdraw to my neteller asap, I'm getting really tired of this. You should have all the things you need in your systems. Please help.

Almost a week that I sent my docs to Gala casino. First 3 days there was a complete silence. After many emails that
I sent- I got a reply that I should wait more and more. They could not even confirm that my documents were received.
How much longer should I wait?

Now look what this Gala casino did to me. Some 3 weeks ago I opened an account with them.
I also claimed a welcome bonus of 100 on my 100 deposit. I played a bit and raised
my balance from 200 to 390. Then I stopped playing. The next day I got an email from
the casino informing me that I must provide the documents. And until I do that- my account
will be restricted for withdrawals. And my account was still open after that email.
However in a couple of days they closed my account. Now here is a problem. The bonus
they credited have only 2 weeks time frame to be played otherwise the bonus and any winnings will be removed.
When I found out all this it took me a couple of days to find and scan all the necessary documents
(and they asked not one but 2 utility bills and a pasport copy). I sent the docs. It took 3 days to get
a reply from them- documents accepted- account open. I tried to login- account still closed.
Another email sent and one more day passed. So finally I log in to my account and guess what? Only 100
in my balance! 100 bonus and 190 winnings- all removed because I did not play it in time (2 weeks)
But how on earth could I play that bonus if my account was closed for 12 days? Now this is a casino reply:

Thank you for your message.

Please be advised that once any bonus has been triggered to an account, we are unable to extend the time frame
that the wagering requirements are to be met by. As stated in the Terms and Conditions of the Welcome bonus
"The bonus shall expire within 14 days after acceptance of the bonus. If wagering has not been completed by then,
the entire bonus balance (bonus + winnings) shall be removed."


And they count in 14 days the days that my account was locked and unaccessible. How can that be? And what was
the need to lock my account? They could just prevent me from withdrawals until they got the documents. But
they locked an account with bonus and winnings inside and still kept applying bonus time frame for my account!

Please help, because I feel cheated.

What happened with this please?
