Question FunBet (Soft Bet group) experience?

Hi,

has anyone played at Funbet? They are part of Soft Bet group.
There is a thread from last year regarding Leo Jackpot, not too affirming, but could not find more info.

I have a slightly bigger gambling budget this month so wanted to take the max welcome bonus (200%).
Wouldn`t think twice about depositing a while ago, but unfortunately I am little bit more cautious about
new NetEnt casinos (which is a shame).

I cant see anything about a 200% bonus, have you a link? also I notice they are related to vegas berry? their casino the bonus is non withdrawable after wr...

Depends on how you define "new", but Best Casino has been around for at least 3 years, if not more.

EDIT: OP, I've played at Fun-bet and had no problem cashing out.

them terms are very vague, cant see max bet/cashout or anything, doesn't say if non withdrawable/sticky after wr..clicked on banking and can see if withdrawn on a Friday, it gets processed on a Monday.

Just tried to register anyway, but it says that email is already in use. Yeah, I am 100% sure am not registered.
Must be at some other casinos from that group (I have no idea which one it is either :confused:)

yes usually happens when you already registered same e mail address to another of their casinos..

that vegas berry casino seems a joke. their terms are bonus non withdrawable! so do the big wr but can never cash out the bonus :eek: never know this from a netent casino..

says bonus gets removed on completion of the wr!

There is no Max Bet limit / Cashout :) .

After you fulfill your wager , you can withdraw regardless the amount .

Regarding processes in the weekend , yes at the moment we are processing them only in during working days .

E-Mail problems

Due to a missing live chat the problems this group has to send out Mails timely is very annoying. For my registration at leojackpot i tried two providers and no confirmation email arrived.
Only after contacting support i got a confirmation.
Two weeks ago i registered with fun-bet. This time the confirmation Mail took 2 days to arrive.
Unfortunetaly i lost my passwort and tried the recovery function. 4 hours later and after contacting support again no mail from them...
I doesn´t have this kind of problems with any of the casinos i am registered at. :mad:

Joined last weeks.

Thought the site had a clean fresh look about it and a decent offer to join.

Once joined once the easiest of sites to get around and finding what you needed took some time searching for info.

Had a nightmare trying to depo by card, tried a few different cards and all got declined (Only site i have this trouble with).

Anyway really wanted to give the site a try so signed up with nettellar, had to pay to get funds on there then again nettellar conversion from GBP to Euro to the site.
Got the bonus and must have hit the worst run i ever had, and won around 20 on my complete balance of 160.

All in all i wont be back there but you may have better look.

Just a small note on the message system whiles it aint live chat i was getting a responce within a few min even if the answeres was unhelpful and simple

I post my experience. They accepted my documents and paid me within 24 hour, so not bad.
There was some minor misunderstanding but it was sorted out pretty quickly.
Slots are running smoothly, rep is here pretty often, so I think they are good to go.

If i try to open any slotgame it always loads in FUNMODE. In the left-upper corner one can choose between real/fun play even if i do this, the slot always reloads but in funmode again, allthough it says real mode in the interface. So literally to unable to spend any cent there as games only load in funmode.

This never happened to me on any casino before, anybody had the same experience?

Hope they get this fixed asap.. :mad:

I guess, yes, you are right. However, you have to keep in mind that suspension is not 100% the proven wrongdoing. Just like when people are put on the trial but then acquitted. This is authority taking up the case based on the certain suspicions which not always end up upheld. So we may be talking about legit organisation that just got into the situation and will try to redeem themselves.
