local fire at the power station so no power and estimated repair time midnight tonight (about 12 hours).

glad it's only -14 to -24 and not the low minus 40 last week.

ya a few of us went to a wood stove neighbour to warmth bones and have hot tea.
I'm going to a friend's cross the island for the night
I worry for the 4 fur babies but they do have coats beds and blankets and can snuggle
