everyone knows inetbet's manager bonus, a little kickback each month for playing there.

in the past i've mistakenly used it to play cards etc. i even got the $5 up to over $500 a few months ago. following advice here, i was told to play it down to zero, collecting as many comp points as possible, then redeem the comps and play as i like and without the restriction of a max cashout. i did this, and accrued from by $30 in comps a balance in excess of $1000.

any time i've thought about cashing out from inetbet, i've reckoned all the forms and documents are too much hassle and have always opted against cashing out when i considered stopping playing. i've gambled away balances of over 1000, over 600, over 700 at various times in my history there, using the excuse to myself that the cashouts are going to be a lot of bs getting it all done.

in september, i decided to use the $5 as it was meant to be used. i loaded up incan, and began spinning 20 lines/5cents=$1/spin. fourth spin in, i get the free spins. i continue spinning this amount, and only four spins later i hit free spins again. my balance is around $55 after these two bonus rounds, so i switched to $.20 bets to try to grind out the wr and cash the maximum fifty bucks. after completing wagering, with the aid of a couple hands of an allowed table game, i had finished with a balance above $50. i played down to $50 exactly to maximise on comp points earned, then i stopped.

now, the cashout. the thing i always dreaded. i sent in all the required documents, including the print and scanback form. i sit on it for 3-4 days, and email back asking if they got them. they say no. i send again.

all the while, i was debating which method to use. moneybookers, so i can get charged $18 withdrawing $50 back to bank? no thanks. click2pay, i've used it for a couple deposits when the casino won't take my card, but i've heard only bad anecdotes about their service. overnight express, bingo! a cheque won't carry a fee (first of these per month is free), won't make it more convenient to deposit it back rather than bank it. $50 minimum, that's just what i'm withdrawing. all looks good. so after it's certain they have my docs, i initiate the withdrawal.

at the same time, i email asking if they write their cheques out in specifically "USD" or simply "$", since i would intend to deposit the cheque as canadian bucks to avoid a month-long wait on foreign currency (canadian buck still worth slightly less than american so i'm not taking more than i'm owed but indeed saving them a few pennies even).

a few days pass, i do the same again, stressing i need this money asap, and i love them longtime if they accommodate me in such a way.

i get a response, something like: "due to the current us situation, we cannot send out cheques to us residents" and one line later it says "as you are in canada, we recommed the following options:..." i write them back asking why difficulty with us prevents them from paying a cheque to a canadian, which in the same email they admit i am, and i reiterate my question about the currency the cheque is written out in.

a day passes, and i get the identical response i got last time about us legislation yada yada i'm canadian yada. i respond asking why they send me the same email back when i've responded back and have more detailed questions i need answered.

the next day, they write back THREE TIMES that they haven't received any questions or responses from me and to resend. i hadn't checked my email, that's why they sent three times, each time saying, "i await your reply with your questions". these emails are now coming from manager@inet, not merely support@, though the "manager" replies remain signed by so-and-so, csr inetbet casino.

obviously, i comply and ask all my questions: why i can't get a cheque being canadian, if they'd please make it out or allow it to be cashed in CAD, i wish not to use other withdrawal options due to fees, i need this money asap, if they refuse to do a cheque would they please lift the max cashout so i can either lose it back and forget it or win something appreciable that i wouldn't mind an $18 moneybookers fee to get. we're now getting into the month of october, i have sent this same reply to them a second time, and in two weeks or so have heard nothing back.

over fifty friggin bucks. how many times i spun back hundreds/thousands to them, KNOWING cashing out was going to be a bunch of bullshit. and now over a paltry $50 (capped so no reason to keep betting), my guesses were confirmed. also i want to get these $50 out of my account so i can cash in comps and go for a win of over $50, but i am unable to do so until this mess gets sorted. i will pm the rep here now, forwarding them to this thread.

what do you guys think of this? standard, abhorrent, genuine misunderstanding, brutal mishandling, lame cs, i'm being too pushy, what are your thoughts folks? is this pab material, just to poke them into action? where from here? they seem to not be able to understand what i say in any of my emails, and if they do it's only after i say the same thing three or four times. i'm getting slightly miffed at this, but i'm glad it's only over $50. if i was waiting for something really substantial, i'd be out of my boots and through the roof by now.

any thoughts, forum? inetbet? meister? sorry it had to come to a public posting, but i waited over a month and the cashout is apperently not even started...

Maybe move this to complaints non-bonus?

Soz, can't really help as such, but Inet is accredited, so you WILL get your money! No idea why they don't post... it is a pain being US or that area right now. Just keep going... ull get there in the end.

pm's from inet and pina have allowed a viable withdrawal solution to surface. assuming all will be well now. cheers

On a weekend too! Big  Pina! :notworthy

{Edit} iNet changed to Pina in the light of the post below... ;)

note: all inet's pm did was change "US" to "north american" for who can't receive cheques, and repeat what all the other emails i'd received had said. i am grateful for the speedy response, but they didn't do much to actually help my situation. pina's the real hero, she informed me of a way to "dodge" the $18 moneybookers fee by requesting a cheque from them rather than an eft, which i didn't know was possible. she really deserves all the :notworthy 's.

If that's true i find that to be very lame. Excluding canadians for something that has NOTHING to do with them. USA and CANADA are 2 separate country. If US choose to ban online gambling it's their problem, Canadians should not be put in the same boat.
