Got to give a shout out to Spin Genie and the 'freebies' I've just collected.

Rewards are tricky things - there's in some ways, formulae (loyalty x deposits x win/loss/ratio) and then there's 'whim' (manager prerogative).

I find if ever you feel undervalued, or have gods-awful runs, it never hurts to build a rapport with, and reach out to your accounts manager. There's always the adage when it comes to comps - 'it never hurts to ask'.
