yeah I think 'X' as mentioned in my other post is quite lengthy / generous.

It is factual however, I had not deposited for longer than that and was getting the FS (regardless whether the email came or not), then they abruptly stopped.

Educated guess but I have come across that error a couple of times.

I think it is something to do with your jurisdiction and the licence associated with said jurisdiction.

It happened to me @ Casumo with all WMS slots a few months back and it took weeks for them to sort.

This was for ALL wagers and not just FS, imagine my rage the day I found out when I had deposited solely to play Raging Rhino!

Check the date as I received mines yesterday, Yes deposit 10£ get 20 bonus with a 900 wager, netent only towards wager but you can play other games with cash balance but I do not count towards wager,

I also do not think all netent count, but easy to find under bonus games, But there is some usual bared games such as wishmaster / luckyangler you can play and of course your fav eggomataic

Yes, very few. In years of online gaming I only encountered it at two casinos that i do not get the regular promos, Guts is one of them

I understand that they have certain promos for certain regions, core markets etc etc... but to restrict half the world continuously from promotions is not right. Especially when they see that you are a genuine player depositing 8/10 without even taking a bonus.
