But this so called customer service is not so. Casino are going to lose alot of players if they keep up this rubbish, Today I informed casinoroom about when a code was ment to start, I was told 00 UTC time or what ever than I said ok, Left went back to the site about an hour later and still no work, I relised when you click the calendar it added a space so code no work, So I informed them and went on my way, I seen a message in my email saying thank you, They gave me £20
come with a wager but funny part is I did not think it did, Thats another story, Built baslance up to about 130 than floped from theer

But at least CS took note and they relise it works both ways, as I bet they would of been pesterd all day about the code

The live cs and their backroom staff had no idea about the offer,or at least that was what they where conveying to me. It is a two way thing and it is also about the integrity of the casino. It seems utterly implausible that they would be unaware of their own festive promo's or once having an issue with it pointed out be unable to rectify it or compensate the customer.
I am no freebie chaser who is unwilling to spend real money.
