I did the exact same thing at about 1am . Clicked the link twice and code didn't work . Talked to CS they couldn't help . Then discovered that by manually entering the code it works . Told CS the solution and that they could now advise other players who were sure to have the same problem . They never gave me £20 though

It is good that some and I mean some CS do take note, If I got a £1 for every time I help out a casino I would not need to deposit again, But most are just rude, Ignargant, Canot be bothered or simply not got a bloody clue.
