Lucas sent me very fast answer. So even I sent documents so there was not showing payment using these methods. So they canceled this withdraw. Not many casinos use this way but there is some. But anyway there is so much problems with this casino so I really recommend stay away even Lucas can help very fast if there is not strange rules what you have not followed.

KYC checks aren't strange rules. Lucas has clearly said send over the missing document they require and you will be paid straight away, I'm struggling to see what the problem is?

Why am I asking here about this? And this topic tell about other situation. And I already sent details which were accepted but they decided cancel withdraw without any messages. Of corse I compare this casino also to some good casinos..

Azzy - everyone is trying to help you. The rep explained that you had not provided compete KYC documentation. The delay is therefore with you and not the casino.

No casino pays to be on this site. Casinos are listed according to performance.

As for if casinos actually pay to have higher ratings... NO!

Read this since it explains what casinos have to do to get on the Accredited list in the first place. Notice that there is no mention of "Pay more to get a higher rating!" Becoming Accredited: The Standards | Casinomeister

If there was any hint of CM doing a deal with the casinos if they paid him and it made the ratings go up on the casino, It would go against everything that this site was founded on in the first place.

In the end, no casino is perfect.

I said that Lucas answered to me fast and its good. But these others are just ruining this topic, not really "helping". Also it is not really normal that you need this kind of forum knowing these things, its just a joke.

KYC is different with other casinos and I agree that there can be some different rules even I sent already documents which showed my payments methods. But I cant really trust casino which think that if you bet 2€ and then later use smaller bets so you get your roll over requirements full, so you lose all money. What other rules they can use when not want pay to you? Also its ridiculous that this casino has so high rating points.

Also I sent documents already which were accepted. But they wanted that my documents show full payment to their account. Now I have sent all of those but still there is some problems... I will inform when they are ok. Let me say that I have not faced this kind of problems with any of maybe 20+ other casinos.

I have played on this casino and now I have withdraw open since 12 july.

So I got now this withdraw. I think it was quite hard and slow if compare to other casinos and the sum was not so big. They never send any messages if there was problems. Also needed send documents which were not even mentioned ex. screenshot of Neteller using settings-page open, and those some documents which I sent are enough to nearly all other places which were already accepted.

Cant be sure is it always so slow or was this just other case. But I dont continue playing here.
 
Good job Lucas sticking around and answering questions. Alot of reps hide when things go down.

I know you arent the owner and possibly dont have any say in this but maybe link the owners to this thread so they can see the mountain of negative feedback by many different posters. This is an awful term.

Just want to say, Lucas is one of the owners and co founder of the Casino. So he has a say in this for sure.
