I cheated this morning. I just invented that I have multiple accounts. had a pending withdrawal of 99, where I can blame for people not to fall into his game stole my deposit plus

yes sorry

can you describe this clearer please
yes sorry but in the moment that open is post ,I was very upset about the situation that happened to me, is that the day January day I opened an account at 888play network is NeoGames scratchcard. 5 eur per registration received after end after a few wash my wagering requirements and then I did a deposit to receive a bonus and you can withdraw it. the case is finished and I get 99 eur for withdrawal. spent a week did not receive notification of my retirement and I got an email with 7 gifts. required but I sent them my documents and the next day I confirmed that everything was in order and quickly approve my retreat the next day (today) I get a mail informing me that I opened multiple accounts there and I canceled my retirement which is a nonsense and refuse to pay me back my money, it angers me because the last time I played and was in hopa.com win and that was in 2009. and hopefully stop doing this scam because I have no way to defend rather than posting in every forum fraud made me ..

Hi there. This is almost impossible to understand. Google translate has messed that up for you.
Please if possible could you get a friend to help you write it in English, so we can all understand your situation?
As this does not make lot of sense sorry

I think this is a case of accepting a bonus from one of their sister casinos (hence the multiple account part), you may only be allowed to accept this bonus once at any participating casino/scratchcard site.

This seems to involve 888, and they are known for deceptive marketing practice, and hiding the relationships between sites from the players. They also took his money, even though they decided the play was void. Taking deposits should ONLY even be used against fraudsters, yet this seems more a "spirit of the bonus" case, where the marketing is aimed at getting players to open accounts at many of their sister sites, but where an undocumented term of what constitutes too many accounts at sister casinos.

If this site has nothing to do with 888.com, we can add trademark infringements to their rap sheet.

This is what I can gather from the somewhat imperfect Google translate.

The OP could post again in his native language, and this would allow one of us to produce a better translation.

I understand that better software translators are being developed all the time, so this will gradually become less of a problem. Nothing can beat a human translator though, not even the best premium software packages.

Yes, thanks, you'll have to excuse me, but my English isn't very good.

This is the result of me writing to 888play on the 9th Jan, this is Scratch and Win, the signup gave me 5 euros to play with <I guess here it's a 5 EUR NDB, from how it's written in Spanish> and I won. I was told to deposit to be able to withdraw, so I did and I got my balance to 99 EUR and asked for a wirthdrawal. I wated some days and recieved no information, only advertisement emails from them, so I asked the operator the status of my withdrawal and was told it was in process. 11 days later, I still had no information so I asked once more, and was told that I had to send in my documents. The next day I recieved an email saying:

Anyone who reads this email will assume that everything is fine, correct? Well, last Sunday morning, I recieved a rude email attack, where I was told that they are not going to pay anything, for the reason that I had many accounts at this site, which is FALSE! <I'm not overly convinced of this paragraph, but I think the gist is correct> Today I recieved my original deposit back via Neteller and threatened to post everything that happened in every game forum I can find, to show that people are not cheating and they play with your time<? really unsure on this bit...>. I wonder why I only recieved my deposit back, when I won fairly and they verified my account?

This is the critical part. Several accounts at this particular site would be a clear violation of the terms, whereas one account at a number of sister sites is actively encouraged by their marketing department. In fact, a while ago the parent 888 casino came under fire for opening accounts themesleves for players at sister sites, and then telling them the account was opened, and had "free money" in it just waiting for them. Management saw nothing wrong with this, and they were removed from the accredited section.

This is why they get little sympathy from players when they cry foul because a player is playing at "too many sister sites", which is often encouraged by their own marketing team.

This seems partly the case here, as the OP was still getting "advertisement emails" whilst at the same time the security department was looking into his account because it looked like there was fraud involved.

They returned his deposit, but this is a clear signal of their intent not to pay the winnings.

The question is whether this is multi-accounting at one specific site, or simply a player who has played at a number of sister sites (which is NOT against the terms in most cases, unless a player has received a specific order not to open further accounts at sister sites).

AHMM IS ILOGIC ME ASK IS WHY MORE OF 23 SITES OF SCRACTH AND WIN? WHAT IS THE REASON? AND NO HAVE MULTIPLES ACCOUNTS ONLY 1

AHMM IS ILOGIC ME ASK IS WHY MORE OF 23 SITES OF SCRACTH AND WIN? WHAT IS THE REASON? AND NO HAVE MULTIPLES ACCOUNTS ONLY 1

Is that one across all 23 sites, or have you joined other sites in this group of 23.

They have 23 sites because they are keen to cross market the others to their players at one. They INTEND that you have one account at as many of these sites as you want. The relationship between them is not made clear. In fact, 888 got caught in a blatant lie some years ago when they claimed Reef Club and 888 were not related in any way. It was strange therefore that every time you left one site, a popup said "try our sister casino Reef Club/888". If you are going to lie, don't be quite so obvious:p

They have also been caught running a spam campaign, although they claim they now only send emails to players who have registered at one of their sites, which according to their interpretation does not constitute spam.

They are a very large group, but are not particularly trusted because of these incidents of "sharp practice" that keep cropping up.

I had read a few stray things about 888 being shady. It's one of the reasons why I didn't bother with them. Do you remember any details?

Most of the problems are caused by their aggressive cross marketing which contains deceptive advertising. They then invoke "spirit of the bonus" rather than specific terms when players actually take up too many of the invites directly emailed to them by the marketing arm of 888. They also have a large and rapidly expanding number of white labels, and 888 have virtually no control over how they treat players, yet 888 will share their central player registration database with all their white labels so that they can send personal invites to players to try their site out. This means that players end up getting personal invites from almost all the 888 and white label sites, and there is no specific term that says you cannot use these invites. In fact, since 888 claim this is not spam, it is saying that players who receive the offers have been chosen by due process, and are therefore eligible for the offers they receive.

The emails are designed to ensure the player believes they have been properly selected for the offer, and would not have received it if they had any history of claiming too many such offers.

Despite players frequently getting screwed for nothing more than taking up what they have been offered, 888 have not only refused to stop the practice, but have stooped even LOWER by creating accounts on behalf of players, rather than just sending them invites. This may be because their reputation has caused players to ignore the invites because there are so many cases of players taking them up having their winnings, and even deposits, confiscated. They must hope that by creating the accounts themselves, they overcome the barrier that prevents players from registering on the strength of a widely discredited personal invite.

A recent case suggests that they are now even messing around players who actually use an account that 888 have created for them and filled with a little free money. This will be another marketing strategy that ends up getting classed as a "scam", and players staying well clear to avoid having winnings confiscated.

yes is casino would put in black list

mmmmm

We get it OK?

You hate 888. Good for you. It doesn't mean you have to repeat it every chance you get.

Time to change the record.

BTW...why do you have so many problems with casinos? It seems every time you cash out there is an issue with multiple accounts or identity. I guess you must be just unlucky.

and what is your problem?

@musclemx: please check out our Forum Rules (here). The point being that if all you are going to do here on the forums is criticise 888, or whomever, with nothing but "they suck, don't play" then you are in violation of the Rules:
1.11 - Please do not exploit this board to promote your own personal agenda. If the moderators (and members) feel that you are spamming the board with links or ad copy to your website, harassing members with agenda laden posts, or consistently ragging on a casino that did you wrong, etc., your account may be suspended.

Your opinion is one thing and not a problem. Dozens of posts repeating the same "don't play" message is something else (see above).
