I have noticed several threads/posts lately regarding slot`s RTP and in particular MGS slots, not sure if any of you are aware of this but Virgin Games shows the RTP of their slots (including many MGS ones), as this aspect is rarer than rocking horse shit I thought I would pass it on to those whom are looking for them................

Hope this helps.

Interesting information but there are some weird things that make me wonder how accurate it is. For example compare Thunderstruck and Spring Break, they are listed as 96.00% and 96.10% when they are identical. Also was confirmed many years ago the actual RTP is 95.05%.

Could be that the flash versions and download are slightly different, or after several years of the slots being in service a more accurate RTP has been returned :).

There is a thread some years back with the analysis of Thunderstruck, if I don't remember wrong the reel strips were taken from the flash version and the 95.05% RTP was calculated from that. Shouldn't be too hard to check the current reels to check if anything has changed.

I have the plotted out reel-strips of Thunderstruck (and 20-ish other MG slots) on my SB website.
TS is here:

If anyone spots a pattern which is not shown there, then we would know something has changed.

The 95.05% RTP was miscalculated assuming that two hammers pay 2x line bet where they in fact pay 3x line bet. If you take into account the correct payout of 3x line bet, the RTP inreases by 1.02% from 95.05% to 96.07% which is identical to the publicly stated HE of 3.93%.

You can verify this by using Zoozie's slot RTP calculator at Old / Expired Link, and choosing both 2x line payout and 3x line payout for two hammers in the paytable. You will see the light.

Hope this helps.

I do have my doubts about this.

Historically, as far as I'm aware, MG have never broken down their slots payouts down into categories, let alone on a game-by-game basis, so what makes Virgin Casino so special that they get the information no one else has?

Has no other casino ever asked for it? This seems unlikely.

Are Virgin Casino such a huge player that they are given special treatment no other casino has been given?

There is also the discrepancy between the stated RTP for Summertime and Thunderstruck, when the two games are identical.

Dunno - I'm not convinced.....

Actually I think that might be a typo as, from a seperate source, I have Spring Break listed as 95.01% (TS is 95% but both may fall between 95.00 and 95.01 hence the slight anomaly)
