Do many of you, like me, hit September (or for some New Year's) swear on your stack of bibles (or whatever you promise to) that THIS yr you'll be fit for spring?
I always put on around 10 over the summer (damned beer) and swear to walk into the new summer minus that ten. Granted, I generally do by virtue of simply less beer over the fall and winter but 'intend' on being more...beach-body ready (I live on a beach) but it never happens lol.
Anyway, did any of you hit your winter promises or new year's goals? (I know one member did for smoking - congrats - and hope they stick to it).
Below pretty much sums me up.
