I've signed up which all went pretty easy, obvious this is'nt the case.

When you signup there's a "welcome bonus" being shoved onto your deposit. I did'nt ask for it, nor that i was able to cancel it. The wagering requirement was pretty high, not sure in the exact numbering but it kept me busy for a while (had to weave through 4000 euro). Second deposit, i removed the added bonus because i dont want it. I continue my plot on onto the casino, nada. Third deposit. Adding another bonus with crazy wagering again that i am unable to remove. I'm not interested in bonus money. Because of that your bet is basicly limited to 5 euro, bonus buys impossible. Betting something on live games, well dont start.

I mean apart from that, when your locked in your max bet is just 5 euro, excl any of the bonus buying games offer. Your kind of stuck to what they present to you. It's mixed feelings; i think this is all designed to distract and what more. I have'nt done any of the rest, so i cant really judge. Chat on it's own can take 10 to 15 minutes to respond, sometimes just killing the waiting line completely to start over again.

Advised for high rollers, avoid this. It's advertised with "high limit" yet you have to weave and jump through all things before you could even get there. I closed my account after the third deposit. It pretty much is another N1 brand it seems, or at least it operates very simular.

This is not cool. They should know better than that. Their Accreditation is under review at the moment, and I will let them know.

The toxic part was having a 1200 euro win on a game right off the bat; got me into wagering requirement of around 4000 euro.

Casino's should throw a popup, asking if you want a bonus. Not force it into your account.

I was playing with them mainly last couple months, fully verified, super fast cashouts......then they hit me with a new verification, gave them exactly what they asked for and still got the runaround.......said screw this and closed my account.

You can’t cancel a bonus anymore on the softswiss platform?
If that's the case, they ought to reread the standards for Accredited Casinos.
Must remove any bonus and associated play-through requirements at the request of the player if play has not commenced.

That's no good either. We need to be made aware of these things in the future. :D

It coincided with the timeline that others were having with N1, not sure if that has anything to do with it or its a softswiss issue, either way disappointing, they were pretty much hassle free.

Any withdrawl blocked is profit. Any burden thrown up on which 5 out of 10 give up is profit. Any difficulties such as adding a bonus (which grants wagering TERMS to your deposit) that is unable to be cancelled is profit in the smaller numbers, but still profit.

Dont you see the picture here? It's all about them. They'd give zero shit(s) about their players.

I have played online for so many years now, I can state "disappointing"....my disappointment only stems from my own pain of having to looking for a new casino which pays quick and is hassle free, as far as the casino's go these days I simply don't give a shit, if they dont want my action then I will take it elsewhere, its not even worth getting upset about anymore.

Yeah i recall the days before things where things where heavily automised. Some sort of personal service. These days it's all about having as much as stuff outsourced and minimum requirement of work. Great movement. Reminds me of my bank stating years back "We're automating lots of things to save costs" and eventually things got more expensive and the overhead was even more (for us, clients).
